U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis toured the Viking Drill & Tool plant in St. Paul, and looked at the equpment which extracts 50-60 gallons of re-useable oil a day from the dust in the plant, saving a considerable amount of money, on Wednesday, April 13, 2011.
