wilson out on 10k already before the cross burning. then cross burning 10k bail again. wilson was said to cry in court like a baby to judge philopes. said he only had 1500.00 cash. phillopes lowered his bail so wilson could get out and mess with more law abiding people. dont vote for this judge when his turm comes up in 2 years
