almost sounds like you know something is going to happen.. Maybe the rink people should be on alert now. Now if something does happen they should look at you hard hummmmm.

No I'm just wondering if all the trouble have learned a lesson and finally leave the place alone so decent people can enjoy it. Just wish they would have made a bigger example of these kids and charged with assult or something to teach all that you have a certain standard to act by or there will be consaquences. Letting her get away with how she reacted just reinforces that you can act out, possible cause harm and not be punished by the law. Ik if my child was there at the time this happened I would have filled endangerment charges.

i agree there should be more charges filed. It should come from the rink and the parents of the children there. Not only the skates but him smoking weed in front of the kids there.

They did nothing to her for what she did. That's rediculas no wonder kids don't know how to act. They should do something to her and make an example. She could have hurt some one.

According to the police her behavior was not sufficient to press charges.

I would call an investigator or mike him self and explain the throwing of skates and explain how they are sharp as some knifes. Someone could have been serously hurt by her actions. I would push the issue as I would have to. Even to the DA her self if need be. Teach them that there are standarts to conduct.

the way i see it and i could be wrong but i think he will get a slap on the hand and then turn around and get reinstated to the rink because he is the only one banned out of the group. So none of this will matter.

they were for a week only. he was for the season... thats why im saying he can just go back and say its because he is black and with a lawyer force them to reinstate him because they dont press the other charges. It will start all over again. what a waste.

i cant believe that he was smoking weed in front of kids and he got busted. Its an illegal act but its not endangering the welfare of children? SHakes my head. CPS would take kids away from parents for doing that. I dont get it.

I can not believe they let them girls back after the swearing, throwing of skates and all that went on. My kids WILL NOT be going there again and I will do nothing but fight the rink and what it stands for. They DO NOT care about the saftey of our kids and this proves it. I will be talking to everyone I know about this. I used to stick up for the rink and the association even donated money to youth hockey association. Not any more.
