Verses are copied from Biblegateway.com

New International Version (NIV)

Proverbs 27
23 Be sure you know the condition of your flocks,
give careful attention to your herds;
24 for riches do not endure forever,
and a crown is not secure for all generations.

Comments.
This is in line with, "There is nothing certain about life except taxes and death."
All one needs is what one needs. Food, clothes, a means of transportation. And of course, money to pay for all this.
Then there is a home, a family. The list goes on forever.

But the one thing you need more than anything else -- a relationship with the All-Mighty God, and His Son, Jesus the Ruler of all.

Proverbs 27
25 When the hay is removed and new growth appears
and the grass from the hills is gathered in,
26 the lambs will provide you with clothing,
and the goats with the price of a field.
27 You will have plenty of goats’ milk to feed your family
and to nourish your female servants.

Comments.
Relating to farming, but the ideal is to put something back for furture use. But one should not make a god out of it.

Tell me kind reader, what kind of ruler would you be.

4 Those who forsake instruction praise the wicked,
but those who heed it resist them.
5 Evildoers do not understand what is right,
but those who seek the Lord understand it fully.

Comments.
V4.
Do NOT praise the wicked.
EVER!
The NT says to resist Satan, and he will flee from you.

V5.
But of course they don't.
Do what is right! Seek the Lord! And you will come to understand.
One way to seek the Lord is to read the NT.
A little bit every day. And you WILL find Him.

New International Version (NIV)

Proverbs 28
14 Blessed is the one who always trembles before God,
but whoever hardens their heart falls into trouble.

Comments.
Even through Satan will influence one, a person still has a choice. You can serve God or not, it is your decision.

(Jos. 24:15)
But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served,..... But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.

In the above Verse note the word "choose". Your decision baby.

BTW
Pro. 28:14 is a time yet into the future.
But choose today who you will serve.

V15.
The lion and bear will cause damage to the people. So will a wicked ruler. And a wicked ruler will have no part in the Kingdom of God. Nor will a wicked person.

Verses are copied from Biblegateway.com

New International Version (NIV) Used.

Proverbs 28
21 To show partiality is not good—
yet a person will do wrong for a piece of bread.
22 The stingy are eager to get rich
and are unaware that poverty awaits them.

Comments.
V21, Part 1.
Indeed it is not good to show favor over one to the other.
Not good at all.
But it happens all the time anyway.

V21, Part 2.
A person must eat.
Unless like me, one needs to cut down.

V22.
The verse seems to show a yet future time, AKA after J-Day.
It seems to me everybody wants to get rich.
(Me too.)
But one should beware of one's attitude towards money.
1 Tim. 6:7-10
7 For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. 8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. 9 Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
So then, beware of your attitude.

Comments.

But then again, to rebuke someone now-a-days is to invite a fight.
