If I could give this place no stars, I would. I went here because I bought a coupon from one of those group coupon websites. They did not have a price on my item and when I went to checkout they didn't say how much I had used but when I looked at the receipt, the item was less than the amount I paid for the coupon in the first place. I was then told, very rudely, that it was "too bad." The owner then explained to me that she was “in it for the money,” and that she would not honor the full terms of the coupon, by handing her my money (you still have to pay the tax) I had forfeited the rest of the value of my coupon. It was incredibly deceitful and underhanded. She really should have said something, especially since she had to go look up the price off of a similar item just to ring it up. This place has high prices, a very limited bisque selection, very few paint color (they didn't even have Red), ridiculously bad customer service, and devious business practices. These kinds of pottery places are everywhere, and this one is not worth your time or money.

I'm not sure what the problem was here, but from the minute I entered this establishment I got the impression from the girl who met my group at the door that we were some kind of riff raff that had stumbled in by mistake. She was unfriendly and had no desire to offer any kind of customer satisfaction right down to telling me that I couldn't use the color paint I needed to do the detail work on my mug because the color I wanted wasn't among the "most popular colors" that were available in the small bottles with tips on them for detail work. On checking out, she proceeded to rip my sister off for the $15 difference on what she actually spent and the $40 from a Groupon instead of being honest and making sure my sister realized that she still had $15 left on the Groupon that she could use to purchase another pottery piece. After the transaction was complete, my sister did realize this and asked if she might pick a piece to take with her to paint at another visit. She was promptly told no, it was too late, and if she wasn't bright enough to have realized the mistake before she had finished ringning her up, then it was just too bad!! I don't know if this girl was the manager, owner, or just an employee, but regardless, I was absolutely astounded at this person's behavior towards a customer. Needless to say, I will never do business with these people again!!!
