Thayer PD is doing a great job, in their patrolling the streets. Hopefully the court system will do just as good of a job, and prosecute to the full extent of the law. So the good citizens of Thayer, can reclaim their neighborhood from the criminals that live amongst them. This in turn would show that the courts, and the police department (the first line of defense), really do care about the community. This would give the people of thayer, a reason to believe and trust in a system that is in place to protect and serve.

FYI. It is the prosecutor that prosecutes the case. The courts, represented by the Judge, is not a part of law enforcement as in the prosecutor. If the defendant pleads guilty or prosecutor proves their case beyond a reasonable doubt, then is up to the court to sentence. The court should never be in the job of prosecuting, lest the constitution becomes worthless.
