Thayer Missouri police officer arrested Joshua Daniel Lane on various charges, including possession of controlled substance.
Joshua Lane has been driving all over Oregon County on suspended license for YEARS!

He was also convicted of drug charges, violated his terms of probation, and was sent to A.D.O.C.

He is a convicted felon.

As a law abiding, tax paying citizen of Oregon County, I want to say Thank You to that Thayer officer who made the arrest.
Now let's see if the prosecutor will do his job.

This fellow has been given a free get out of jail pass. Seems his paperwork got lost in the system, after he posted Bond. He checked himself into the hospital to avoid testifying during Mike Amick's trial.
Judge Allen, take a LONG look at his felony records, if you ever get his case.

doesn't suprise me at all that his paper work got lost....just another of drug dealers being protected by or prosecuter and sheriffs department...o'neill took him off the Amick case and I heard that he was still involved with it in the court room....take yourself off because your getting hassled by the community, don't be permitted to have anything to do with it let alone help other prosecuter...

O'Neill sat in that court room and he knew that in Ripley County, an elderly couple were shot in the back of the head, killed, and the house was burned!
Those murders happened AFTER Michael's arrest, and O'Neil also knows that Kevin Zoellner was prosecuting Keith Boyles for those murders.

Also known was still yet ANOTHER murder of another elderly couple in Ripley County, who were shot, and the house burned>>AFTER the arrest of Michael Amick!

Jake Mayberry's brother was a classmate of KEITH BOYLES!

Couch High School is a very small school.
Those who are attending, or have graduated from Couch knows this to be true, those involved in drugs hang together, and they know each other very well.

Freddie O'Neill lives in Myrtle, and he graduated from Couch High School.

He would have first hand knowledge of those in the drug business in Myrtle, Mo. and because he graduated from Couch High School, he would also know how small a school it is, and how every kid in the high school would know each other.

The Mayberry--Keith Boyles connection, was it simply overlooked, not looked at, or were the prosecutors, trying to WIN A CONVICTION no matter who committed those crimes?

Kevin Zoellner IS prosecuting BOTH cases>> State vs. Michael Amick
AND

State vs. Keith Boyles!

The point I am trying to make the State filed a Motion to prevent prior bad acts of the witnesses.
Why would they do that>>if they didn't know about the drugs?
What was the State trying to hide?
why

I have to agree with what I think that you are trying to say. I don't believe that Mr. O'Neil should have been allowed to assist in prosecuting the case after he had removed himself from the case.

These are all good questions and comments. I don't know that I've ever seen a trial that the STATE asks for a criminal and drug history on a witness(s) to be hidden from jurors in a case. Normally it is the DEFENSE to file such prohibiting their witnesses and/or client(s) history from being heard. The fact that the STATE wants to hide that alone should be enough to raise concern and questions as to the entire credibility of the case. How often do you see THAT happen? The motive and how truthful their witnesses are should be of utmost importance in determining whether or not they can/will give accurate and truthful testimony. That alone should be a grounds for an immediate appeal. Otherwise some of the drug loving clan might accidentally overdose before the appeal goes to trial.

Well when the state prosecuters held the trial that keeps him locked up while he had to pay for a defense team, it's only right that the state has to once again go to bat at the taxpayer's expense. Afterall we do have certain rights as Americans such as being presumed innocent and having certain rights, oh wait....right, his civil rights were already trampled on by the justice system.

But, you also have to look at it this way. What rights did he leave Maxine with? UMMMMMMM..........NONE!!!!!
It is amazing that no matter what jail you go to or what correction facility at all their rights have always been violated. What I am trying to figure out is that I have heard of two different things on here. Is everyone going to go with the truck description being wrong? Or the Keith Boyles guy?
But, we can't forget the malnutrition that he has going on either. Well I am here to tell ya I am a tax payer along with everyone else. Let him appeal and appeal and appeal just pick a reason for once!

Malnutrition my foot, he needed to drop a few pounds, after all he wasn't staying at the "Ritz Carlton". He and his big fat wife needed to go to Weight Watchers where his lovely Mother was the Leader, she should have encouraged them to lose some of their blubber.

That's what happens when you are too lazy to work. They've been living off the government for quite some time. Tax payers were paying for their children's raising before he murdered Maxine, we'll be paying for their raising til they are grown.

It's still about the money, isn't it? Seems to me that's how all this came about to begin with. All for a lousy vehicle!!! He'll still be living off the government and so will his family. They'll all get better medical benefits than most of us, food stamps, monthly check. They'll just have to live within their means, trampled or not!

The multiple descriptions Mayberry gave of the truck he says he seen never matched that of Amick's truck.
The fact that Boyles was family friends with Mayberry and has admitted guilty to 2 seperate crimes involving 4 elderly people which is exactly like the crime of Maxine is hard to overlook especially when one takes into consideration Boyles tie to the Mayberrys.
The same Mayberrys who was the state's eye witness, first one the scene etc.
I believe there are multiple reasons for an appeal on this case, and I don't believe just 1 reason had to be picked. I believe any and all can be submitted.

Oh, all of you seem to be the ones going back to money....not us! Those freedoms that all of you seem to be enjoying...who fights for those freedoms????? Thats right IIIIIII did and what you talk about living off the state, is not true. My Grandma meant the world to me and how dare you say those things...taxpayers paying for our children, where are you getting that? We happen to be taxpayers.... And that lousy van your talking about, was paid for free and clear, it was put up for collateral.

Sadly Sara, no one wants to hear the truth.
That you served OUR country in the military, no one wants to hear about that.

That the van was PAID for in FULL by Michael Amick and simply used as collateral to repair your grandmother's credit , which was destroyed by Jackie & Kent Risner when they were husband & wife, and maxed out her credit cards to pay THEIR bills, no one wants to hear about that.

That you saw first hand the drugs YOUR mother & brother Joshua Lane had brought into the house where YOUR grandmother was killed, no one wants to hear about that.

That your father testified under OATH, that his son Joshua Lane lived at the house where YOUR grandmother was murdered, and that Joshua Lane used drugs, no one wants to hear about that.

That you & Michael PAID your taxes, that supports our government, no one wants to hear about that.

That YOU went to Springfield, Mo. and that YOU brought back the remains of YOUR dear grandmother,
no one wants to hear about that.

So what do they really want to hear?
Not the truth!

Freddie O'Neill and Ray Lee Caskey should be disbarred and lose law licenses for helping Josh Lane and Jackie Risner frame Mike Amick
