The revelation that BP's Texas City refinery emitted toxic benzene for more than a month has ignited a furor in the port community that has suffered its share of deadly industrial accidents and toxic spills.

And people wonder why companies are moving overseas.

If your not careful BP will say the hell with it and shut the plant down.

How sad.....people will sue to try to get anything that's free......ambulance chasing lawyers will always be around
