I have been robbed twice in the last month. Cops don't care. Neither do criminals. That's why I bought a gun. Anyone reading this can get pissed but when you come home from a hard day's work and your front door is kicked in and the people that ransacked your house decided to go through your child's drawers, it's time to get Dirty Harry on these vermin of society.

Don't forget the Katrina "victims" that moved here. When the economy slows a little, they start to turn back to their roots. You ain't seen nothing yet folks. We don't have a politician with juevos to prepare for the day this happens. Just wait until we have a major depression or some other calamity. They are going to be kicking in your doors, taking what they want and car jacking you on the corner. You think Rodney King riots or Watts was bad, wait till they have no money. They sure don't know how to can food like our grandparents did. You better hope you have a gun to protect your family and a place in the country where you can plant a garden. Cause thay be a comming for whaz they want. That's what they are, and they don't know any better. You stupid liberals moved them into your neighborhoods, refuse to have a gun in your house. Just wait. The clock is ticking. Tic Toc..... Keep on electing black mayors, council members, senators and school board members. They will be identical to the mayor of New Orleans. Screaming GD this and GD that. Then tell the people that he wants N.O. to be a chocolate city. They only think about advancing their race. You white people better be preparing. Tic-Toc.
yes i agree with you it seem that every time i see the new's there's always a black person doing the crime and the city of dallas has no huevos to do a real good job to secure the citizen,so people keep your guard up all times if you like to be safe, remember we lot lot black criminals from new orleans and the know dallas have money so business good for them,!!KEEP YOUR EYES WIDE OPEN...

Cannot believe they wasted money - that could have been used productively - like on roads....- for THIS??? My 4 year old could figure it out.
The problem? Not enough residents in the city - too many empty office buildings at night with not enough communities...
I like FW better- more cowboy types - who you KNOW are carrying - no one wants to hustle you if you have a gun. In Dallas, the new residents are too yuppy from outside Texas - NYC, Boston - they are "too sophisticated" to carry...thus, more crime.

The report mentions that Dallas is the most dangerous city in "North Dallas", not in the whole of the united states. Out of the dangerous cities, dallas is rated 364. So though it may be dangerous, its not where as dangerous as those listed on the top 10 most dangerous such as Camden, NJ and Compton, Cali, just to name a few. So we need to give dallas a little break. I plan to move down there. Dallas is jumping with diversity, job opportunities and its a great place for families.

You sure have a great bunch of friends. Didn't one of them get robbed at Watabutger last week?

I'd love to hear more. Tell me did he scream, like the white folks do when a black man crashes in their door?

Love to hear stories like this. Lets me know that the police may just be in touch with the fact that blacks commit most of the crime.

Excellent! Made my day.

I remember some time back quite recently, that Dallas was rated one of the top ten most dangerous cities in the US.

Dallas was real bad as hell back in the early 90s it made the top five most dangerous cities right behind chicago and l.a they have cleaned dallas up a lot since then they knock down all the projects and replaced them with townhomes style in the inner city parts of dallas but its just like any other major city in the country it has its bad areas and its good areas I would say the surburb areas of dallas are beauitful and its low crime area if anyone want to move to dallas I would say the surounding areas would be your best bet but other than that dallas is cool it still has its bad areas but its not as much crime as it was back in the late 80s and early 90s
