You will find her in bay county clerk of court records.
When I saw her,she was standing in the pouring rain like a lost soul. This woman is in dire need of professional help.

She is back in Texarkana and has been arrested for the battery of an old lady.. She may be a lost soul but she brought this on herself. She was also involved in some form in the murders of a mother and her two children two years ago.. This woman is pure evil and the devil has come to collect the dues she owes him... Sad, but true

Woman faces multiple charges in burglary
Suspect, 34, connected to teen convicted of triple homocide
By Lynn LaRowe Best Texarkana Gazette

A woman connected to convicted triple murderer Rachel Pittman was arrested Tuesday morning after breaking into P i t t m a n ’ s g r a n d m o t h - er’s home and attacking her.
Dana Lynn Epps,34,reportedly homeless, is charged with burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit another felony, resisting arrest and public intoxication.
She is being held in the Bi-State Justice Building jail.
According to a sheriff’s office report, Epps allegedly broke into the home of Francis Pittman and assaulted her Tuesday morning. When deputies arrived, Epps allegedly pulled away and told them she couldn’t be arrested, the report states. Epps reportedly refused to walk to or get into the patrol car and attempted to get out of the cruiser once inside. Epps appeared to be under the influence of an “unknown intoxicant,” the report states.
Rachel Nicole Pittman, 19, was 16 when she stabbed Amanda Doss,, Doss,, and Texas Johnson, 8, to death and set their house ablaze in the early morning hours of May 11, 2011. Several months after the murders, in August 2011, Pittman’s mother contacted the sheriff’s office with information about the case. That night, Pittman sat down with Bowie County Sheriff’s Office investigators and gave a full and detailed confession.
But the motive Pittman gave turned out to be based in delusions stemming from an untreated mental illness, according to court documents and prior interviews with prosecutors and Pittman’s lawyers.
Pittman told investigators she set out to kill Doss because Doss had betrayed Epps, according to a copy of her statement concerning the murders used to create the following account. Pittman said she’d known Epps since she was about 6 years old and Epps had moved in with her grandmother, Francis Pittman, when Pittman was 11.
Doss’ home was less than a mile from the home where Pittman lived with her mother. Epps’ home is next to Pittman’s mother’s former residence.
Pittman told investigators she and Epps often visited Doss late at night.
“Dana and Amanda got mad at each other over a rent house that Dana was living in that belonged to Amanda’s parents,” Pittman’s statement says.
After their falling out, Epps moved to South Carolina, Pittman told investigators.
Pittman told investigators she murdered Doss to avenge the betrayal she believed Doss guilty of in her relationship with Epps. Pittman told investigators she believes Epps wanted her to kill Doss. While Pittman believed her friend wanted her to kill Doss, that belief was grounded in delusional and revelational thinking, not reality, according to multiple reports from mentalhealth experts who evaluated Pittman.
Doss’ children were collateral damage, according to the statement.“I wanted to kill Amanda on a night that she was alone so the kids would not have to die.”
Pittman was deemed competent to stand trial. In January, Pittman pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree murder. She will be eligible for parole in 30 years.
Bail has been set at $25,000 on the burglary and $5,000 on resisting arrest. Public intoxication is a class C misdemeanor, so there is no bail on that.

That's got to be hard on her children, who last I heard live in the same town, and probably at some point have seen her roaming around on the streets.
