Why did the store on Richmond stay empty for so long and just now getting ready to open?

The store has been completely finished for three months. Same as the one on the Arkansas side and that one has been open since October.

Appearing on the outside to be finished does not mean that it is finished on the outside. The one on the Arkansas side was started several months earlier then the Texas side one.

Yes, the store has been finished for a good while, even the inside. There have been no workers there, it's been completed. And the two were started close to the same time. It's a valid question.

I see workers there every time I drive by. And just a week ago driving by in the evening the lights were on inside and seeing through the front door you could see it was not finished inside, no shelves and hardly anything in the building.

The Texas side CVS is now open, according to the local Texarkana newspaper.

I went in the one on Richmond the other day. Prices are high and the way it was organized didn't feel right. As I was walking back through the store I noticed several uneven areas in the floor, like the concrete foundation cured unevenly. Somebody eventually will trip over that and sue the pants off them for falling in that store.

How so?

Coupons are simply offers from companies luring you to shop in their business.

Welfare is tax payer money taken from one and given to another.
