9 days after the tragic fire
investigator Sam wrote on Topix:

I went by Amanda's home this afternnon
or what's left of it. The mobile home is
very near Amanda's home and is very unkept
with a newer model black Chev pickup setting
beside it.
Amanda's home sets of the highway hidden between
tall oak trees if you dodn't know where to look
you could easily pass it. Hell I was looking and
passed it.
Amanda must have been very security conscious
her property was surround by a 5 ft chain link
fence with a locked gate.
After receiving so many hate mails and threats
you can bet she was security conscious.

Our killer knew Amanda and her routine he either
brought the gas are knew where it was located in
the storage building next to her home.

When Amanda or the 11 year old girl called for help
the attack was in process.

By the time the Grand parents arrived the house was
nearly totally engulfed in flames.

No, No, No my friends this child killer appears
to be someone who knows Amanda and was pi$$ed.

He was up all night should have bruises and scratches
you can bet Amanda fought.

He cleand the interior of his vehicle the next day
to destroy blood evidence.

Got rid of his clothing and shoes and murder weapon.

If it was not left at the scene or near the scene.

The only hope we have for evidence is if the 11 year old

has dna under finger nails or touch dna on her clothing.

Folks were looking for a sadistic child killer

he's on the loose.

REPEAT HE WAS UP ALL NIGHT,

HAS BRUISES OR SCRATCHES AND

CLEAN THE INSIDE OF HIS VEHICLE

THE NEXT DAY.

Holmes and Curry have filed notice that they will argue Pittman should not be held accountable for the slayings because of insanity.

Whose insanity ?

If Rachel was not insane

then who was insane ?

If Rachel was insane ...

how could she sanely

negotiate a plea bargain ?

Why are we letting insane

people run our justice system ?

Perhaps these people are Raven Mad !
Let's take a time out for the Super Bowl !
Ravens keys to victory
1. Find some Kryptonite for Kaepernick
This could be the biggest key in Super Bowl XLVII—how well the Ravens contain Kaepernick and the 49ers’ Pistol offense. The Ravens can live with an occasional 10-to-12 yard run by Kaepernick. But if he does anything close to what he did against the Packers (181 yards rushing), the Ravens are toast.
Preparing for the Pistol is one thing. Dealing with it in person is another. Sometimes it takes 49ers opponents a quarter or so to adjust to Kaepernick’s speed and to the different read option looks that their offense shows. For Ravens veterans like Lewis, Reed and Suggs, playing against Kaepernick might feel like jumping from the parking lot onto the autobahn. The Ravens got a taste of that during the regular season, when they lost to Robert Griffin III and the Redskins in Week 14.
“I thought that happened to us in the Washington game,” Ravens defensive coordinator Dean Pees admitted.“Everybody knows what to do, and then all of a sudden, the guy pulls the ball and he is gone. You can’t really replicate that in practice as much as you would like to. That’s always a concern.”
Kaepernick can also beat you with his arm. But if he also hurts the Ravens consistently with his legs, they are in major trouble.

Who would want to kill Amanda ?

One suspect in this case is now

Secretary of State of the

United States Government

John Kerry.

Amanda's political activities cost

John Kerry many millions of dollars

and caused him to be exposed for

what he really was and defeated in 2004

as a candidate for President of the

United States.

Kerry must be pretty angry at Amanda

but would Kerry actually kill Amanda

to secure his political future ?

Let's take a look at John Kerry's

background.

Not politics ...
not religion ...
just background ...

Just plain murder !

>>> Secretary of State John Kerry:

a.) confessed to the capture and
murder of a Vietnamese man in
his care

b.) confessed to a reckless murder
of a Vietnamese father and child
in front of that man's wife

c.) confessed to firing 14,000
50 cal machine gun rounds into a
Vietnamese village, destroying
47 homes with human beings in
them.

d.) aided and abetted the North
Vietnamese cause resulting in
the deaths of 3,000,000 people

e.) resisted giving aid in the rescue
of the Boat People resulting in
200,000 dead

f.) brought such horrendous
disgrace and dishonor
to American Military Veterans
who served this country honorably
that it resulted in many of their
premature deaths

e.) consistently supported the
American Abortion Halocaust
resulting in the forced "choice"
deaths of 55,000,000 unborn
babies and the destruction of
the lives of 20,000,000 American
women.

etc., etc., etc.,

Who will be the first to say:

" What does all this have to do
with Rachel Pittman's Trial ? "

Caligula,

If possibly 12 people

have a reason to kill you

the situation itself

becomes a larger issue

this is not political

this is not spiritual

this is relevant

The story of what happened is Rachel's alone to tell. I believe that will not - and indeed should not - happen until she has achieved the perspective that comes from a healed mind and greater maturity; these things will only come with the passage of years and reflection.

A combination of factors - both inside Rachel and external to her - came together to permit this tragedy to occur. It wasn't inevitable, it was avoidable. But such hindsight is of little use to the lives already lost and shattered here, though it may serve as a cautionary tale for everyone else.

I believe that the adults who contributed to this - through their inactions, actions or misjudgments - should answer, but not necessarily to the law. After all, what is the statute of limitations on contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and is failing to detect and treat a mental illness before it runs out of control a crime? At the very least, I would hope they admit to themselves what they have done, and make amends not only to the victims families, to Rachel and her family, but also to the people who still COULD be saved by their right actions and judgments.

I believe that after the story is told - by Rachel - these people will be judged by posterity.

That said, I do not believe I serve any greater good by searching for additional gunmen on the grassy knoll, or in a government conspiracy, to borrow phrases from another American tragedy. In that case, as in this one, the causes and reasons are to found close to home - perhaps TOO close to home for our collective comfort. The Rolling Stones summed it up rather nicely in "Sympathy for the Devil":

I shouted out, "Who Killed the Kennedys?"
When after all it was you and me

As for me, I know where - or rather to whom - by future energies should be devoted. A girl.

So, firstly to make sure I understand what you perceive as the injustices:

1. Being moved to adult court
2. Not competent to comprehend/decide on plea bargain
3. No trial

Have I missed anything?

Keeping in mind that the evidence that I have seen
does not lead me to believe that Rachel committed
this crime.

Then Add

X. The unknown factors ( age 9 - 16 )

Y. Pre-incident and pre-trial Rachel was terrorized,
coerced and abandoned and made to believe that her
only option was to make things worse for everyone.

1. Being moved to adult court (for the convenience
of the Court )

2. Not competent to comprehend/decide on plea bargain
( complete denial of self ... as in incriminating
one's self )

3. No trial

4. Not allowed the benefit of almost 40 witnesses
who could have testified on her behalf

Z. The unknown factors that Rachel faces in her present
situation

That is quite a bit of injustice.

Glen and Wanda Prewett's heroic actions

exposed them to that all-consuming fire

for at least " five minutes. "

Glen and Wanda's bodies are badly scarred

from burns.

Rachel Pittman would have been exposed

to that all-consuming fire in excess of

" fifteen minutes. "

In addition Rachel Pittman's body would

show signs of struggle between Rachel and

Amanda then Rachel and Guinevere.

No scars on Rachel's body from burns.

No gouges in Rachel's flesh.

No broken wrist.

etc., etc., etc.,

Means " no conviction. "

May not have been
avoidable

May not have
happened at all
