I think that rational adults did see the "evil" and accepted it and dealt with it. Some were able to subdue and control the "evil", others were able to learn about, exploit, project and transfer the "evil".
There are a thousand coincidences in this case.
One being the name of Rachel's father " Howard Pittman ".
Google Howard Pittman you get the famed circuit preacher and "demonologist".
Coincidence?
Google " Renee Pittman " you get woman who writes books about mind control.
Google Christopher Pittman you get another teenage kill and burn incident
Try to find Dana Epps and you find "Letter to Dana"

Mr. Greer,

Who is Christopher Pittman (pertaining to this situation)? What a tragic story!! Unbelievable all the similarities!!

Thank you! I feel the same as you on the whole reason thing. Please keep us updated on the facebook page or whatever you choose to do. I'd love to help in anyway I can! I have never been so passionate about any other situation or things that have happened in our community as this unless it has directly involved me. That alone has really told me something and I would hate myself for just sitting back and doing nothing when I strongly feel I've been drawn to this case for a reason!
Care - I need one person to add to the group on Facebook, and I can't add myself. Send me an email at psyckonaut@hotmail.com, and include the "reason" you spoke of so I'll know it's you, and we can go from there.

What is the central idea you are driving at here?
You do the cause you claim to care about no justice when your ideas are amorphous and spread out over hundreds of internet forum postings. If you aim to start a movement, then take a page from the playbook of great companies. Crystallize your thoughts into a coherent elevator pitch, something people can understand intellectually and connect with emotionally.
The central idea was revealed in the the post when I originally posted it.

Amanda loved Rachel. Rachel loved Amanda.

I think that that is crystal clear.

The thoughts in the "coherent elevator" of praise for Rachel in the post are not mine. They are the words of Glen and Wanda Prewett.
By his own words Glen shows us that he too loved Rachel prior to that tragic night of the fire.
The same can be said of Wanda Prewett. Her testimony was directed at the horror of the "monster" that she did not know before that night. She did know the girl that Glen describes and before that night Wanda loved Rachel.

I think that that is crystal clear.

I do not care for a "cause".

I care for justice in a criminal justice system that already exists. I feel that the failure of the system in this case
is a horror allowing monsters to roam free.

I do not think that any intellectuals are likely to read my posts but I am being told that a lot of decent people are reading them and reacting appropriately in connecting emotionally to the horror of injustice and the label of "monster" which we all collectively share if we do nothing

I think you need to private message me and start thinking about this: disclosing on here whatever information you've been feeling guilty about withholding, and have been alluding to, could have the opposite effect you intend, which I trust is to help Rachel. She's been done enough harm.

9 is the root of all numbers. Take any number at all. I'll use 42 as an example. 4 + 2 = 6 42 - 6 = 36 3 + 6 = 9 This works with any number. So what does 9 have to do with the Doss murders?

Today I took a car load of clothes and stuff to the Salvation Army... then I took my piggy bank of nickels to the coin counting machine.

I got 33 dollars and 50 cents.

Rachel took her piggy bank to the Bank of Silence.

She got 33 years in exchange for 50 cents worth of filth that may or may not be in the monster's box.

I don't think it's about 9 as much as it is 3, and the significance of that was already revealed - namely, the cross.

But, what you bring up IS another interesting coincidence which can be added to the ever-growing list by the online metaphysicians who are lurking in here :)

If 3 equals tri
and
If 9 equals nine
and nine equals nien
and if nien equals no

there is a good probability
that we equals all

and a possibility that
all of you agree

That Rachel got

NO TRI AL!

I do not know the value of 9

but I do know that

No Trial equals No Justice for All !

That was her considered and informed choice, and we must respect it.

Even had there been a trial, do you really believe that the parties whose guilt has been alluded to would have been penalized by the justice system?

Caligula,

Could you please post any information that you have to support your statement:

" That was her(Rachel's)considered and informed choice "

.... to do what:

a.) to be tried as an adult
b.) to move the trial to Rusk County
where she could get a fair trial
c.) to cancel the trial
d.) to refuse an insanity plea after a
psychiatrist ruled her a p__ophrenic
e.) to plead guilty to a crime that she
most probably did not commit
f.) to plea bargain for the maximum
sentence
g.) to protect the involvement of others
h.) to avoid being killed by others
i.) to avoid her family members being
killed by others
j.) to appease the voices in her head
h.) to be shamed and abandoned in the eyes
of all who love her

This Rachel is a pretty powerful girl, but if she
truly made these informed choices, I have no respect
for her or the system that allowed a disturbed and
frightened child or anyone else to make these choices.

I have made it known that had there been a trial I would have been in attendance.

I think that " the parties whose guilt has been alluded to " should have been in attendance at the trial. If sufficient evidence pointed to their guilt then they should have been taken out of the Court Room in chains, as Rachel was, to a place where they could await their own trial.

If found guilty the penalty under our justice system should be determined by a judge and jury after their
fair and just trial has occurred.
