It's not just this county. "Stop Think" Don't drop and roll though.
It's East Texas at it's best.
They will get around to it. They are just wheeling and dealing now. ;'(

Is forgetting the same as not being able to recall?????? HA!
If so you bet!!!! I suppose she only needs a reprimand. Or a sheriff and the Texas Rangers to say, WE DON'T CARE!

It does happen. ;')

It seems to me that is exactly what they are doing; Holding off on prosecution as long as they can so that maybe people around here will forget. She needs to answer for the crime she confessed to if she killed that woman and her babies. Frankly, if she is guilty, I don't think she needs to ever be set free again. I was 16 not so long ago and I would never have though to kill a woman and her two kids and then try to cover my crime by setting fire to the house. Anyone who can do that, especially at sixteen, is SICK. I'm not saying shes guilty, but, I'm sure she is if she confessed to it. Why else would you confess to something like this? It's time this went to trial.

I feel very badly for them. The hopelessness they must have felt rushing into a burning house hoping to save their poor sweet grandbabies and daughter. Only to find out they are too late; and that they children were dead before the fire began. I am praying for them. That phone call they got from that little girl will probably haunt them for the rest of their lives. Its a dang shame!! And even if the girl gets locked away forever, it still wont bring their babies back :'(

Trials coust money.
Even a misdemeanor trial.
Just watched a documentary today where a girl killed her parents.
She was 16. According to the laws in the state at the time and the facts in the case the jury gave her time in juvenile until her 25 birthday.
One other girl got life because of her age. Yet later got a sentencing reduction of which she was allowed to make parole.

Things do happen.
Even in my child's death. We wanted the truth. THE TRUTH. We didn't want Sam to die.
Not like those who wanted Kevin Hailey to die.
Steven's and the other's were never investigated.
They said they didn't care.
Understand the Just Us System has other on going cases. They add up. As we were put a side.
DA's would rather make a plea.
It took three attorneys before Sam Rich took a plea.
Scrappy Holmes was his defense attorney.
Sam Faced 99 years to life.
For drug trafficing.
Now. The answerer to everyone's question.
It is a ongoing investigation and Prosecution dosen't have to give to you one drop of info.
Just the facts mam!

Steve, I don't think I necessarily need info, but I do think that there isnt much to really investigate when you have someone admitting to a crime. But I don't know a whole lot about the court system, just in general..

Don't get up set!
Real Justice takes time. Sometimes even until death there will be the many who will not see it.
Then WHO are we really to demand Justice in one case and not another?
Who are we to not make a stand for one death and not another?
Today California Judges decided one of the three drugs used for the death penalty was too much pain and ruled in not to be used.

Thou shall not kill. Man's Law! God's law!
