Was Scott McDowell just wasting the time of court of appeals?? Was there really a HIPAA element to the case?? Read on:

Next week, meagan caffee's trial will begin. This is a trial about a 17 year-old girl who had guns and computers stolen from her home. It is a well known fact that Nathan Crane stole the guns and computers. He was paid by individuals employed by ESSENT(Gentiva and PRMC). These people did not want the actual computers, but the memory from the computers. Many were disappointed when there was no discriminating evidence on the computer memory. After Nathan Crane left the caffee house, Tamera Bean, Amanda Forbus, Deanna Nicholson, Kyle Dickson, Jenkins, Ballard entered. They took documents from the home. The same documents that were nearly revealed in April of 2005. How did Tamera Bean get her original letter about emancipating Meagan Caffee?? Gary Young would not prosecute these criminals, because he sent them. Two days before, The caffees sent Young Tamera Bean's letter....hmmmm. I read that on 11/08/07, Mrs. Caffee went to the courthouse, and was sent from office to office, while items were removed from her house. When meagan caffee would not go along with this plan, all these criminals turned on her. She went back home, and was never emancipated. Nathan Crane, Tamera Bean, Brittany Bean, & Debbie Crane were found in possession of firearms and computers but were never charged. When the Caffee's would not drop the theft charges, the D.A. went after their kid. Looks like Gary Young should be charged as well. These people harbored this girl, then pinned a robbery on her, accused her parents of unspeakable things. Something that started in the 6th district court will end in the 6th district court. I was on the jury in April of 2005. I know what you did on 04/06/05, soon everyone else will too. I always wondered why it was 6th district, but the judge was McDowell? I imagine Lovett refused to be involved in the corruption. So he passed it on to McDowell. Then we have McDowell accusing s/o of Hipaa violations. Maybe these criminals stole hipaa items from Mrs. Caffee, and got caught. Suddenly it was not Hipaa @ all. I remember an attorney saying his father died, never believed it. Even when Judge McDowell announced the death, in court. I don't blame the Caffees, court is where it should end. I read where Texarkana thought McDowell was nutz in his position on the blog case, maybe they will appreciate the comment.
