Has anyone noticed how many street lights are burned out? On the interstate and on major roads in town. I thought part of it was due to the road construction, but there are many of them still not burning.

Swepco is too damn cheap to change the bulbs so you better get used to the rapes and the robbings.

It took them about a week to get the one changed out on my street. Guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

That's a city issue. Maybe embezzling happened before the bulbs were budgeted for.
