go to rememberthesurvivors.com and check the link for D.Dupree if you dont believe me. your local bike club member may be a former youth pastor, but he has his name and picture on two tennessee websites and several newspaper website stories as an alleged news documented pedophile priest, 14 kids at least 40 times per his own reported admission. one newspaper reports it was kids and adults and that it included showmanship and back door activity on his part. you need to wake up and get the stick out of your backside and realize when someone is trying to serve the community notice of an active off the radar child predator still actively trying to get around texarkana children through local youth and bike club activities. dayum i swear sometimes adults and their convoluted rules and regulations are their own worse enemy in protecting themselves from child rapists. and you wonder why the guy allegedly got away with it 40 plus times to 14 children. with slow poke rules like that its no wonder. if it had been a judge or officers child he had molested, bet they would have moved a hell of a lot faster on the subject. but when its just us working class they takes their sweet time to get that $200 per hour legal fee off of us.

They had no one to raise them properly, parents in jail and don't know who daddy is, left to raise themselves or dumped on other family members, are in survival mode,did not develop mentally healthy, does not know what a healthy life is. Never learned proper manners or how to get along with others. Never learn responsibility. Never develop a good work ethic, so they will not get good jobs. The school system just wants to pass them to get rid of them, they go to the malls and don't even know how to act like an adult, a perpetual child their entire lives bringing other offspring into the world to start the dysfunction cycle over again. I feel bad for them and for those around them. They needed both a mother and father who are not on drugs or in jail that are tuned into them and love them.

if a person found themselves in disagreement with the mayor, the fbc pastor, the head of a charitable organization then a person could understand the view of who needs correction.

if a person has been singled out by a dui alcoholic, or a pedophile DADS state worker, or a credit union cio with name connected to a adult website business taking photos of teen girls locally, and if there was a website paper trail to convirm validity to these suggestions (which there is) then a person would expect a certain level of discretion and understanding of being targeted by criminal mischief. there are certain things that can be said about a person without just cause or accuracy that mark a person guilty until proven innocent in a prison gallows humor court of public opinion. criminals do not generally approach law enforcement before such situations fully develope. that suggests a person who is being bothered by criminal minded individuals.

i know when a former youth pastor has his youthful photos and name on child molester websites and he is using texarkana bike clubs to place himself around community child activites, then something isnt right with that picture. any time this dupree guy has his name associated with texarkanacycling club, edge city cycling club, partership for the pathway, or his picture in the texarkana gazette... there is a repeat history of his name somehow associated in and around preschool and grade school related children. the guys former diocese was sued for not terminating him for multiple child molestation claims according to newspaper website links.
