I have never seen such corruption passed on as righteousness in that town. I e been all over this world and it is nothing like that place. I hope it goes bankrupt.

it would help if authorities took a complaint against convicted or documented criminals when you bring it to their attention. i have never seen a place before where a drunk can cuss and spread defamation that advertises you falsely as ahate crime target and create a hostile work environment and you do not at least get a police report filed. no wonder the crime stats are low, they dont file them in the first place. i am a reasonable enough person the complaint would be against the individual not the business, hell their paycheck clears every week so i am good with them, but you people know on a job you cant have a person challenging you like that in front of others. telling you to ffff ooo repeatedly and saying all kinds of personal filth that just isnt so. thats the kind of criminal agression that could only come frm a convicted drunk driver. but the weld shop did work on the ladies fourth floor bistate cell repairs,so... enter conflict of interest for bistate POV. detective coffee looked a little too comfortable behind his desk if you know what i mean.

that drunk welder is on his second wife and she was a real beauty queen. old raggley looking thing with a barroom sailers personality. she was out there arguing for her man with the gimp cripple owner. never met her before. she never was involved directly in the disagreement started by her DUI husband. but for some reason that out of shape barfly with a brillow curly white-fro was going to throw her two cents into the mix. she was his second wife because the son-manager had me out there looking through boxed files to see how up to date the drunk welder was on his past due spousal and child support. he was a couple payments behind if i got the study correct. hell there were a lot of guys in that weld shop with spousal support or debt collectors or probation officers. one welder a young guy named kieth almost got fired for taking a leak outside the fab/weld shop and a neighbor called to complained. welder keith was in the son-manager office begging for his job with the top two weld shop managers attending. then ill be dayum if days or weeks later when the drunk was talking filth if this clown keith wasnt sheepishly grinning while witnessing. i was like "dude didnt you almost get fired from the weld shop for doing swirlies in midair while you were taking a leak" because the son-manager specifically mentioned that in disbelief during his conversation. i swear i had never seen a work envirnoment like that place before. stayed mostly in one place myself, small but stable with employees so i didnt see that kind of thing go on a lot as it may happen in big factories when you get a lot of people together like that. those people in that shop spent more time trying to side step work than just getting the work done. you had eric who they thought had alcohol in his locker as why he was always leaving the lathe but they couldnt just outright search his locker. guys would jsut up and call it a day halfway through the day. managers would be like "where is that guy" and someone would say "oh he left for the day had to do... " and supervisors would be like "well i wish he would have told someone or asked". id never seen anything like that before people just up and leaving at noon as it suited them and keeping the job was the craziest part. this machinist would ask for money from everyone if they wnated him to buy lottery tickets while he was in louisiana, but another guy shook his head and mentioned the guy was probably just trying to con for beer money. and then you had the quality control guy Pat who got dropped kicked out of the tank car place. the QC job didnt exist previuosly, so his was a very brand new 45k annual job that was no guarantee of long term. the office ladies and the cnc guy were joking and taking bets on how long he would keep hsi job. he was going to be the great mediator or the great problem solver for the son-manager between me and the alcoholic to make a name for himself. he was just out to validate his new job and secure that 45k annual. didnt do a very good job with a cnc drill job. SB pulled a 20k order frum that weld shop to punish them for not catching a misdrill that scrapped a bunch ofmetal. where was his quality controlling then, but i digress...

so this alcoholic drunk might have been earning $14.50 per hour, but about 25% was probably going to taxes and insurance, 76% net pay was about the norm for the good insurance and after basic taxes. from what i saw at least 10% was going to his previuos wifes spousal and child support. he has a young teen daughter apparently by the previous woman. she's a looker but her dads an alcoholic POS i feel sorry for whatever guy has an interest in her, no matter how nice she is her father is a hateful drunk. and then there is not telling how much of his money was going to beer and wine. as an alcoholic who was ssss faced drunk on more than one occassion according the the weld manager one can only imagine much $$$ he was loosing. but i digress...

it would be nice if Texarkana Texas PD would do something about a local alleged, news reported 14 person 40 count pedophile youth pastor Dupree. the guy is in local bike clubs that always seem to have something to do with local children sponsored events. he works in the Texarkana health human services office, aging disabilities department, the same building as family protective services. so... if you had a molested child that needed protection you would have to walk past a news reported serial child molesters office to get that protection. doesnt make sense.

I worked the Richmond location of teachers fcu a long time ago. This junior accounting clerk Tonya was filth talking in the back office. She was a hater and pretty much openly trying to pick a fight with vulgar blurted out comments to get me into trouble and fired from my job. She didnít get both sides of the story of a trash talking convicted criminal on previous assignment. She did not respect that I was going through a death in my home taking care of an elderly relative. She was just out to get a person fired and laugh about it. CFO Mrs C and Loan Mgr Mrs K let this man hating ghetto skank get away with comments that should have got her fired for workplace harassment if there had been reputable management. She had carved out her back office territory and thought it was her place to personally approve every new employee. Tonya was not my supervisor. Tonya was not obligated to socialize with me if she had a problem with me. I didnít force my time on her in any way. Tonya was not in career promotion competition. We were in completely different departments but that was apparently not good enough for her. Hell she wasnít even married then nor is she now. How do I know how she became a single mother. I could have very well had a loose woman not running her own business right trying to pick a fight. Who is to say she didnít run with the wrong crowd to behave that aggressively toward others, or have some sort of background herself with a personality like that.
.
FCU had an organizational chart with three main branches: CFO department was a vertical drop that only included accounting with this ghetto skank as the most junior clerk; CIO department headed by Mr J was another vertical drop with only three people; COO department included all others departments: lending, mortgages, tellers, back office. The first half the time I worked for the COO Loan Mgr who was in this ghetto skanks corner but the last half of my time I was working for COO Mrs V who is something of a veteran proven team leader. Mrs V got blindsided and discharged, there was some CD/IRA front office politics because the youngest woman got promoted to the top over three other older more seasoned women but less political in nature. I think some of was because she wouldnít get with this plotting scheming Melrose Place back office politics that was going down. On the day I left the supportive mentoring male president was not there and my COO Mrs V had previously been let go, also instigating troublemaker Tonya and her backup CIO Mr J were conveniently not in office either to gloat and make The Powers That Be look back for their underhanded politics.
.
I've never seen a workplace like that just let open defamation and libel take place in the back office like that, and then try to throw a person under the bus if they react naturally to hostile coworker treatment. This woman had no job title seniority and our jobs didnít require contact. They should have fired her for behavior like that. There was a lot of corporate head hunter back stabbing politics in that place at that time. Thatís not something you see in the front lobby where its all smiles and greetings. Those people were competitive to a fault. They were drunk on group power and social peer pressure. Iíve never seen people act like that before, very self-righteous, vicious and superficial, but what can you do, they had/ve an ATM in bistate so when they snap their fingers, bistate naturally jumps like pwned real estate. I do not take jobs to be broken into taking coworker abusive comments. Sometimes initiations take place on a job, and then there are times like that of unnecessary roughness and hazing that crosses personal space which this man hater single mother SBF was just allowed free rein to do in the back office. I would not recommend rewarding that banking institution with your membership if that is the way they are going to treat new employees.
