K well I guess I'm going back on Facebook. The ramblings of Trayyvon, Whiteman Whiteman and IQ 55 is really quite boring and not much fun to read. Racism and anti police statements. Who ever you, get help for yourself and your family. God bless

if an DWI welder is openly cussing defamatory remarks and his supervisor is mumbling threats of blacklisting, NPD and TTPD need to file a complaint.

the confrontation took place in NPD area, but they want to forward it to TTPD, who in turn want to forward it to $200/hr attorney fee process instead of a free complaint. then they have the nerve to not like your bad attitude as a result of being abandoned to a criminal confrontation they should have mediated and minimized.

PD isnt in the marriage business. thats none of their concern and outside of their authority. refusal to take a complaint based on what was being said represents Civil Rights Act of 1964 discrimination on the basis of religion. the whole premise of the filth talk was unproven gossip that goes against traditional religious beliefs, ie.. forcing religious expectations onto others.

didnt say PD had to produce results to my liking. just take a sheet of paper, write with a pen, and place it in a file cabinet. its not rocket science.

when a criminal doesnt get checked they get worse. PD was contacted. PD had an ethical and professional responsibility to mediate and minimize the criminals aggression.

Police departments don't get involved in civil matters. They get involved in criminal matters.

If you have a civil matter, it is up to you to contact an attorney, pay your money up front if they request, and get your money back if you are successful in court.

tantfx,the solution is simple: just get the obnoxious person to wear military camouflage to work and a ball cap with NRA on it, then make a call to some liberal organization that a man wearing cammies and an NRA supporter is inside the building. Shorty, the FBI, Border Patrol, DPS , Coast Guard, and probably the Texarkana ISD police will show up, cordon off the area, and send in SWAT to take the guy down. That's the way this country is going.

my request for action isnt based on thinking i deserve special treatment, but instead the weld shop should display routine treatment of any worker who would bother another person just trying to do their job.
there are too many good workers on jobs who do not outright cuss and defame junior workers to justify the one or two with crimial backgrounds that act hostile.
these people are business owners and managers. they know the importance of proper productive behavior on the job. nothing is being improved by an abusive alcoholic cussing and creating a hostile work environment.
the nash texas weld shop had an ethical and professional responsibilty to prevent that kind of criminal behavior.
i dont know if you personally are a business owner that needs welding, but i would like to call upon your responsible thinking and ask that you consider not doing business with that nash texas welding shop. there are several other welding shops in texarkana who would like your business.

Boo hoo, hoo, poor me.

Instead of crying to the police who can't do anything about it, or whining on Topix, why not file a complaint to the EEO, like you are supposed to if there is a valid complaint.

Heck I'm tempted to see if this welding shop will do some work for me for the heck of it.
