Full of drama and scandal! Management at Texarkana Dillards sure doesn't mind getting involved with associates even though it is company policy to for management and assoicates to be involved in any kind of relationship. There is pleanty of proof on this store and how they conduct business. I'm sure if Tom Bolin who is over this store wouldnt approve of any of this. Dillard's is all about sales and making sure employees meet there monthly quotas but what that need to pay more attention to is the nude to half nude pictures from management to associates, the sexual relationships that happen with the married managers, or the managers that prey on associates in a time of weakness. Gossip spreads in that store life wild fire!

Interesting that you speak up. Kudos for that my furry little friend. Just like the cockeyed wazzler these goons in management. Their dirty dark secrets are about to be introduced to the light and prepped for a proper cleanse. Have yourself a super duper dandy fine day little rascal. Adios

I've never run into any sales associates that gave me problems. I have witnessed a member of management be rude and demeaning to an associate in front of me. I called him on it, and he apologized before scurring away to a corner. But, at every place of business with multiple employees, there will be gossips, flirts, cheats, and lazy people. That is just the way it is...

My main problem with the Texarkana stores is the limited selection of just about everything. I don't know who their buyer is, but that person does not do a good job at all. The clothing and shoe selections are disappointing for a higher end store. Second, the stores are in major need of remodeling and cleaning. Both stores seem dingy and not very well maintained (stained carpet, low lighting, old fixtures). I worked in a much larger Dillards store when I was in college, but it was kept in immaculate condition.

I like Dillard's . Yes the one in Texarkana isn't up to date but it's the closet thing to a Macy's.

Ahhh Dillard's is the best place to get the most contemporary, classic wear in the immediate area . Could use a reno but it's probably not cost-effective. People shop there no matter what, so why do it. All that drama crap, um who cares

When are they going to build us a new mall, or at least remodel this one a little bit. I think it's probably big enough since we have all the other stores everywhere, but with the rent they charge the stores, they may want to do their best to keep customers coming in. I mean, I can go to the mall here if I need something quick, but I would prefer to shop in Dallas and Little Rock because their buyers buy awesome stuff! I will always love Dillard's as it is a local corporation (well Arkansas anyway) and we need to support local and state businesses. It's all we got! I have been to OMG Lulu and some of the other newer upscale stores and they have an ATTITUDE like their ish don't stink. I have always worked in sales, and that is a big no no to ever assume someone might not have money to spend in your store just because they aren't dressed perfectly right then. Don't judge a book by its cover!

It would be nice if Sears also updated. Sometimes it smells musty in there.

If only all the customers knew they were breathing in black mold while they were shopping and nobody cares about that. And the managers screwing employees but thats overlooked too until somebody gets caught. Hmm.

I Live In Greenville, Texas, And There's LOTS Of MILDEW AND MOLD, In The ENVIRONMENT, Because IT'S So WET Here In Greenville, Texas, Even During The DRY Moments, And Then The WET Mildew And Mold Land DRIES Out, And THE SWAMP TOXINS, Blow AROUND, Along With The EVIL GOVERNMENT'S TOXIC SKY SPRAYS,(not tin foil hat) AND BIG DALLAS, TEXAS CITY CORPORATE POLLUTION, Especially During The DRY, HOT Moments, HERE In Greenville, Texas, Like The Yellow HAZE OF TEXAS......VERY UNHEALTHY!(I Think Greenville, Texas, IS On Swamp Land?!) And There's NO REAL GOOD HEALTH "CARE" Here In THIS Small Texas Town ANYWAYS, So WHY Even BOTHER Going To CLUELESS Medical Doctors, Who AREN'T LISTENING Anyways?! And Then THEY INTIMIDATE YOU As A PATIENT, Once THEY Are DONE (Never Done As Long As The MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT Can KEEP YOU On A PATIENT LOOP, FOREVER!) POKING And TOXICALLY X RAYING YOU As A TRAUMATIZED PATIENT, Then THEY REPEAT IT ALL OVER Again, In A Few Months, A Few Weeks, A Few Days, And On And On THAT Goes........This Town Has Become MORE CROWDED, But The STRUCTURE Of THIS Town, HASN'T Kept Up!(what will become of THIS Town Of Greenville, Texas, Where Every Other Business, Is Now Suddenly Up For Sale, And The Original Down Town, Looks Like Some Abandoned House You Tube Video?!)(just really sad.......) I'm HIGHLY ALLERGIC To Mildews AND Molds, And Have Respiratory Problems, Because Of That, No Doubt.......I'm Also (ALLERGIC) To One Size Fits ALL Mainstream Medical "CARE" That Does Nothing For ME As A Patient, Except INTIMIDATE ME, When I'm Already In FEAR About My Life To Start With.......That Causes MORE PANIC ATTACKS In Me, NOT LESS!
