A lot of time comes with drug charges but never enough for your whole life. When you are placed in an enviorment where there are the fewer jobs and what is most abundant is the use and distribution of drugs which would you choose. People say a lot of things because they know "OF" drugs but until you have spent the amount of time in the situations and been "FORCED" to live a life style like that you can not place judgement or pass opinion. Attempted Murderers and people who get man slaughter charges recieve the same and or less amount of time then the total amount of time that Tony Mays has and was still looking to spend. That doesn't even include the amount of restitution that he is going to have to pay to the system. My family and I are firm believes in God who is the "ONLY" judge and everything that happens in this life; even the control that the system has over all. The court systems are all connected and it is stated that it was unknown that he was suppose to go back to DOC. God does everything for a reason and you let him out. If you were in his shoes would you come back? Easy to answer it when you not in that situation. The fugitive in mind is my cousin and I hope that where ever he is living it up and surviving the way that the way "THIS" world shapes us!
God did not let him out human error let him out. God is forever getting credit or blamed for crazy things...but letting a convicted criminal out of prison, God must be confused???? Many people are "forced" to live in a certain environment yet they make the better choice not the easy money choice. It looked to me like the man had a good, caring mom whom I would assume gave him a good start in life. He made the decision to chose a life of crime. The only people I have sympathy for are his family and society because he is not in prison. Thankfully I live in American and I can have an opinion!
As for me breaking the law... when I was a "child" I made mistakes and learned from them. This man is no longer a child and it appears he had many chances to learn from his mistakes. He continued to risk his freedom for his lifestyle. As an adult I know if drink and drive I might get caught so I dont drink and drive. I dont steal, I dont do or deal drugs. There will always consequences for your actions.
If you make excuses for him you are condoning his lifestyle and he has no reason to try to change.
Again, his mother did not ask for this and it is sad to see this man make her worry so. He should just turn himself in.

We all have some skeletons in our closet. Yes even you "Father Andy". I'm not going to badt for this young man because I don't know the whole story. He did the crime and he has been punished for it. But I know that there are a lot of people out there that have used drugs in thier younger years and didn't get caught. I have nerver used drugs, but it would be a lie to say that I've nerver been around them. If you are with someone that has drugs on them you both go to jail..... I could go on an on, but I'm not. All I'm saying is all of us have broke the law. We just didn't get caught. Have a wonderful day Father Andy and I pray that God continues to have mercy on you...

Funny how some people get caught more often than others and funny how some people do far worse things than others.
If you are saying a pot smoking kid is the same as this piece of shi t you are wrong.
Other than doing five miles an hour over the speed limit I haven't broken the law in a very long time.
As far as I can tell that gives me some room to judge.
Right you haven't broken the law in very long time, but you have broke the law...you prove my point. In the eyes of a judge a pot smoking kid is the same as any other drug user. A pot smoking kid is well on his or her way to being a pot smoking adult. We live in this fairtail world that it's ok for some people to do certain things. Than when other people, races, or cultures do the same thing we want to throw the book at them. Please stop judging or you will be judged. As I said yesterday we all have broke the law, but we just didn't get caught. I pray that God continues to show you mercy even when you don't show mery to others.

To the family of this young man...I'm praying for all of you.

It was part of the cover up. They were hoping he would get killed by now and they could say he had escaped.

Were only human and unfurtunatley things like this are bound to happen - it's called miss communication....you can have all the super computers, high electronics and gadgets in the world but,it all comes down to one person writing, typing in those simple words - "DO NOT RELEASE" or "RETURNS TO JAIL". Simple but, apparently whom evers job it was that day they were alseep at the wheel once again*...and it happend to be that this man was let out-not by something he said but,by the simple fact the justice system is still operated by people whom are not perfect or always on the ball about what they are doing all the time.

"Now,if this young man is out there I myself reccogmend that he turn himself in to either the police or the nearest clergyman-so things will go easy with him."

May God bless you and ease you'r minds.

You should pray for God's mercy, when you make a statement like "I have nerver used drugs".... Never had a cold? headache? eaten a McDonald's cheeseburger??
How much of this story do you really need... There was a crack in the system, he took advantage of this... C'mon, he is 30 years old... He has had at least 12 years to get his life together... And now the final question... Please explain how he has been punished for this crime?? He still owes society 3285 days of incarceration at a Federal Prison...

No Way!!! Guys like this mooch off of others -- they don't have any cash to travel anywhere. He's local somewhere, getting money from mom, sis, and other idiots willing to fund him so he can be free. I know -- I have a brother who has this lifestyle. He's not a jailbird, but he is definitely a mooch!
I agree, I have a sister who lets her criminal sons hide in her basement.

There sure is a lot of talk about God here. If all these people had God in ther life as they talk about Indianaplis would not be the cess pool of crime that it is. God fearing people work, they respect the law, they teach their children to respect the law, to get an education, and to work. They do not enable pimps, prostitues, drug user/dealers, or thiefs to live in their midist. And, they certainly would not enable so many un-wed mothers.

Please stop taking what I say out of context. You know what I ment. I have never taken illegal drugs before. I'm not arguing that this man shouldn't be punished. I'm not sure what type of punishment he diserves...but two articles above this story on wish tv 8 a convicted child molester got the maxium 8 years sentence for molesting a child. The system is failing us. The way the law is know it's better to moleste a child than to use/sell drugs. That's just horrible....

I do not have to know this person, i only have to know he was convicted of selling drugs, one less horrible person destroying the inner city with there messed up drugs, and i will be remembered as the person and father that worked hard and put 4 kids through college, the person in my neighborhood that put together teams in the hood, so that hte youth had other choices with there free time, instead of selling drugs are commiting crimes, I could go on but i am at WORK.

I took the time to read all of the post. It looks like everyone for the most part is in agreement that this person should turn himself in. I agree he should turn himself in ASAP. He did the crime he should to the time. I don't think anyone just wants him out on the streets without him serving his time. Lets just agree to disagree. I do think that the systems has some kinks in it. I hope that this man turns himself in soon, so he's not charged with anymore crimes.

I understand that he went to jail due to dealing drugs but that doesn't make him dangerous!!!! I am not saying that I agree with what his crime was but things happen and I know ppl can get mixed up in the wrong crowd. I hope they court system doesn't add more time to him!! I don't know the man but I am sure he's not as bad as every is saying he is!! Don't judge unless you want to be judge at the end! He just needs to turn himself in so he can do his time and get out so he can spend that time with his family!

Really, I can't think of any law breaking on my part, maybe you can suggest some?

Spoken like a true crybaby from one of the races or cultures you speak of.

"Woe is me, I got in MORE trouble than "them"...
"Booo Hooo Hooo, it is ALL THEIR fault..."

You are wrong in soooooo many ways...

Why do you think they call them "judges"

Aaaaaannnnd there are "judges" of ALL races and cultures.

What "god" do you speak of?
The one from your fairy-tale world?
