How do you even know they knew about the drugs? I happen to know they were there drinking. So before you throw down unfair accusations, KNOW THE FACTS!! This type of attitude is the problem with this country. Innocent till proven guilty? Yeah right!

I'm sure nothing will become of the "visiting a common nuisance" charge and they will all continue to visit with those "common nuisances".

The news of Jason getting in trouble just makes me sick to my stomach. Anyone who knows Jason will agree with me....he has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Yes he needs help with a substance abuse problem but he does not deserve to be locked away for years because of a drug addiction. Substance abuse help is what he needs not prison!

If he needs substance abuse help, why didn't he get it? I would think he could have done that before he got arrested, but apparently he chose to continue with the drugs instead. He may be a really good person, but he made the choice.

As a matter of fact Jason did not have a warrant out of Edgar County or any other counties at that time. Also that residence was rented by three individuals, not only Jason. The entire procedure that evening was clearly not legitate, why else are they trying to cover their tracks by issuing him warrants after he has already been incarcerated? As for the other three individuals, at the wrong place at the wrong time-not one of them had any drugs on them. The news report on WTHI was unnecessary and very insulting. How can they get away with such slander? Made the other 3 individuals look as if they were also dealing or posessing drugs. Could happen to anyone, even you. Suggest you know the facts before you decide to pass your pathetic judgements. confused wrote: ownership to his problems".from what i read in the paper the warrant out of edgar co was for some man &his name is not jason.jasons house?

JustMe wrote: Drugs Don't make people bad! I happen to know these people and Jason is not a bad guy. As long as I've known him he never tried to hurt anybody, he's always tried to help them. He's even helped me stay on my feet to keep me from going way down the wrong path. So don't pass judgemant on a person just because they are caught with drugs. Drugs are not the problem, people and their self control are the problem. I don't know what kind of drugs you're on, but yes, drugs DO make bad people. Drugs create criminals. By making, selling, ingesting, smoking, inhaling, injecting, snorting, or rubbing this stuff on your eyeballs, you are doing something (and I'm going to say this slowly so you get it) I L L E G A L. The simple equation goes like this. Drugs=illegal. Illegal=bad. Therefore, drugs=bad. Don't try to defend these people. They know what they were doing was wrong and they did it anyway. I don't care if they helped a thousand people. How many did they hurt? How many familes were destroyed? How many jobs were lost? How many lives were ruined thanks to the drugs that THEY provided? This is the problem with the world today. No one thinks about the consequences of their actions. All they think about is the quick pay-off. They ARE bad people and they deserve to rot in jail.
