There are new rules for the forum because it has gotten out of control and is no longer being used in the way it was originally intended. Threads that are older than a month will be deleted, as well as threads that are not directly tied to a story.

Are we still going to be able to create new independent discussion threads and polls? Or must we directly stick to what News10 reports on? And if there is a thread older than a month that is still active is it still going to be deleted? And will every poster now be required to register, cutting back on the "troll" attacks?

We would like to know more about these new rules instead of just being left to guess what is going on around here.

It was the work of John McCain . He does not want the truth about Palin and him to get out . TV 10 sucks on the air and the net . We must live in Russia . I understand the one month rule but some of the topics have been recently posted . This is just stupid .

I replied on one of the topixs earier today, and now it is gone. I agree while some of the posts got out of hand and some went off topix, most didn't. I also have notice there are a lot of post here well over a month old, but the ones that had lots of replies are all gone. There has to be a better way to manage the posts other then just taking them off.

If you go straight to http://www.topix.com/ instead of going through the WTHI forum you will find over 1000 threads for Terre Haute. You have to type in Terre Haute for your town then click on forums and polls. This is not controlled by WTHI. We only have 106 threrads left on this one.

Can't put my finger on it but it seems there's something odd going on at Channel 10 lately. This website forum is getting randomly censored and there news programs just don't seem to be as good anymore. Maybe the Time Warner fight is taking its toll.

If items over 30 days are to be removed, why are there so many older ones on here, some of which won't open?
