so why is everyone on here so angry with this kid? looks like a vendetta from before any of this happened. Do I know Zach Buza, yes I do, typical teenager, so I am not understanding this. I think all teenagers are rotten. Oh and Mr. Hendrix, no one put your daughters meth use or arrest or prison time up here. i am not going to get into what happened that day in rosedale and I refuse to tell anyone what I know... well because I believe in innocent until proven guilty. But you people have turned your personal views on these people and this trial. have any of you just sat down , been adults and admitted you know nothing. you make it up as you go along. I have seen name calling and such but not one person on here has clarified what he has done to them. you use this to have something to do. Some way to fill your lives because you live here and there is nothing here. get a life people

This Buza isn't a typical teenager. Most teens don't grab a gun and begin firing at the police. The media may present a few teens as misfits with antisocial tendencies but they aren't the majority.
Since there were many witnesses to his actions why is it so hard to admit he actually did commit crime/s. Is everyone connected with the Buzas suffering from low intelligence?
By the way, some of us do know and don't have to make it up.

number one people not a kid, I am a grandparent, educated... I am still not really getting anything specific, what did he to personally to you? I have heard general stuff, but no one says what he did to them... all hear say. And yes I do know whats going on. I am not going to get on here and admit I know this kid for the hell of it. If you research we have a problem with the police in this country . Just in the last year alone thousand of cops have been arrested and convicted for rape, murder, drugs. The cops cant be trusted either. I myself have never been in trouble but I have seen this kid as a parent. Hes a good parent. none of you have seen this. so regardless of anything else, he loves his daughter. I know Buzas mom. I have never seen her with a drug and she does not drink. I do not know about the other stuff, but knowing what I do I have to ask about the validity of these claims, because quite a few are very wrong. as far as his mothers arrest, and please check it out, Judge threw out the case. look it up. Under the freedom of information act it is public. so most of the people on here take a piece of the truth and embellish the facts. And yes I think he is another rotten teen. His past, just like all of yours is riddled with crap I am sure none of you are proud of. Thats how you learn, you screw up. Now each of you, stop and think. someone that you love has done bad things I am sure. even if its just rotten teen stuff, we all have a past. each one of you were want your right to trial? wouldn't you. Well thats a right for all. You don't get to pick and choose. I am sure if this was your family member you would want them to have their right to a fair trial. One thing I notice is, It took a long time for this kids family to start defending themselves and yes they are working there hardest to get info to the right people. Its about 200 posts before they really starting to defend them selves. You all assume, you dont know. but think about this. Say they are telling the truth. This woman came in to deal with what actually happened. All of you will feel very stupid. the only ones that are really hurting anything is the hateful people on here, the only thing you will show authorities is that there is NO WAY IN HELL that they can try this case here. his right to a fair trial was breach by you people, Alphmale, Momma and others that are so hateful against this KID, yes KID people. You people can certainly REINVENT the facts. The first day after his arrest the mother and friends were on Topix and Facebook crying about their warped story and demanding that everyone agree.The 2nd day they set up an online collection page hoping to rake in the money. Periodically one of them initiates a new thread about their fight against corrupt law enforcement and the "poor kid who is innocent". They hurt his chance of a fair trial much more than anyone. Now they want a change of venue which is even costlier to the taxpayers and they expect everyone to like it. The trial isn't going to be held in Rosedale.
A good father??? Doesn't sound like he's doing that. A true father financially supports his child, provides a home and sets a good example.

So what you are saying in a nut shell is it was ok for this rotten teen to try to take the life of two law enforcement officer. And that it would be ok because he is a rotten teen and it would be a learning experience. I really think that you need to step back and look at this again. Because if shooting at the cops is ok with you then there is something wrong with you. The cops were just doing their jobs by responding to a call. Ok if he was almost beaten to death then why did he not really show signs of that when walking out. And why did it take him so long to come out. You do know that is was day light out right. I think that a person would be able to see the police cars and fully dressed officers in the day. You guys really are sticking with the story that he did not know that it was the police. First of all Buza wasn't "beat half to death". He had a few stitches and possibly some broken ribs which he brought on himself by fighting with the inhabitants of the home. Those are not life threatening injuries. Then he aimed and fired a rifle intending to kill the police. If he couldn't recognize them as police he should have a nursemaid with him all the time. So no excuses there.
He decided his own actions and therefore his guilt, not anyone else.
Not all cops are bad and not all are good but that does not excuse Buza's actions.

The hospital has every right to hold a patient for treatment which they do often. The police do not want to jeopardize the life of an individual nor risk a lawsuit so I don't believe they would drag him from the ER without a release from the attending doctor.
