The cops sure weren't working so hard to track down the men who "helped" insert the bottle, were they? They were just as involved in the lewd acts and if she should receive a penalty the men should as well.

can any of u based on the video and its contents tell me exactly where this alleged crime took place? was this public property or private? my point is this, there is no evidence to support this crime was not in someones back yard, nor there is no proof it was in a public venue. so what does that leave anyone to prosecute? U have heresay by a bunch of inebriated witnesses....she can beat this and put it behind her and I hope she does.

The location has already been identified and posted several times. That can be verified by landmarks like the signs in the background. She has already admitted to the crime in a news interview. She could maybe drop 10 or 15k taking it to a jury trial for a slim chance at getting a hung jury, but since they only charged her with a misdemeanor why would she bother? From my understanding her record is far from clean so why would she be worried about it? Even the maximum sentence for this crime would only amount to a few months in jail and I doubt she comes even close to that.

Sorry charlie, if one crime should go unpunished because the offender is publicly chastised what makes any other infraction different? There are plenty victims here like women in general and human decency, people are affected by this. Any young woman who attended the SDX will sneered at a little more. Perhaps the young people who may have seen her are affected in some way, we know there were kids 16 and maybe under in that lot. Are you saying the facility you work in does not dispose of urine in a proper fashion? Urine, like other body fluids can transfer disease and infections and is considered a bio-hazard.

Your premise is incorrect. The OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard considers urine and feces, without visible blood, non-regulated body fluids.
