I cannot believe that this guy was released from jail on $1500.00, but yet the people busted for having drugs get a life sentence. Tell me why it is ok to drink and be stoned while driving and KILL someone, work at a daycare, put your leg on a toddler and kill her,you get nothin.... but yet if you have drugs in your possession and nobody was hurt you get the book thrown at you????? This justice system is so messed up.
Yeah, I never did understand that whole daycare thing, that truly was messed up. I already know this is off topic, just happened to be reading

Alright, Citizens of Terre Haute, I reast my case. I know this Dave Lttlejohn character, and have seen him out driving again four seperate times, in the past week. Looks like our wonderful corrupt county has swept another one under the rug.

Can you believe it, less than 6 months, after hitting an elderly gentleman, throwing him six feet into the air, and driving off, and then being turned in by a neighbor (how ironic), this nuisance is back on the road. Watch your children! Summer is just about here.

Maybe this moron should stay in his dark secluded basement on his ham radio,in his own sick world, and stay the hell off of our city streets. The residents will be much safer.

Huh? He didnt hear a thud or anything? I dont believe it!! It may not have been intentional but a normal person that hears a thud or something when driving at least checks it out.
Im not from Terre Haute but when Im there I get paranoid if I hear a thud from running over trash... because I have seen too many unsupervised toddlers outside.
Well Lets have the truth now.....

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.(WTHI)- A hit and run suspect was caught thanks to a quick thinking witness.

Emergency crews had to take an elderly man to the hospital after he was struck by a car on Elm and Home Streets in Terre Haute.

Police told News 10 the man was sent flying in the air after being struck.

The driver of the car, David Littlejohn, took off. A witness caught his license plate number.

The police found the driver just down the street and took him in to custody.

The witness was happy to be able to help out in the case.

"I followed him got his license plate, I came back and the guy was still laying here on the ground. I called 911. The guy was hit so hard he didn't even realize that he had been hit by a car,"
Billy Arnold, an eye-witness said.

Littlejohn is in the Vigo County Jail and is expected to be in court on Monday.

SOUNDS LIKE A FINE UPSTANDING CITIZEN (DIRTBAG) TO ME!
