She's up that creek without a paddle now. No more freedom for this girl. She just made things worse on herself by doing that. Volts! Her and her boyfriend killed two roommates over a drug deal that went bad. It didn't surprise me where they said they found her at. In some drug infested part of Chicago.

Why does it matter what punishment she gets. She still has to do her 110 years for the double murder!!

Her punishment (so far) will be spending some time in the Indiana Women's Max Prison near Indy. instead of Rockville Country Club.

Believe it or not she didnt kill anyone her boyfriend did the victims were Andrew Cataldi (a drug dealer with warrants in 2 states at the time of death) and Trish Nordman (who had previously been encarcerated for prostitution)She was just there when the bodies were disposed of and refused to testify against Hull. And yes she will have to do her 110 years, unless Hull gets his charges reduced, then she will apeal and get her charges lessend also, escape comes with an aprx 8 year sentance.

yes she is pretty hot. i can think of ways i would like to see her time spent. poor girl spending time for being a witness. Just shows what our judicial system is made of. The prosecution needed her to talk and when she wouldnt they ruiened her life.

[O]n October 25, 2000, about three o’clock in the morning, Ed Leggon saw two large people, one larger than the other, covering the bed of a pickup truck out in front – parked out in front of the home at 906 S. Meikle Street, here in Marion County, Indiana. He couldn’t distinguish at that time either the race or the sex of the individuals. Later, Sarah Pender and ... Richard Hull, both acknowledged that those individuals were them.[A]t six o’clock PM that day, Stephen Stultz, an employee of the Teamsters Local Union at 869 South Meridian, discovered the bodies of a male and a female in a dumpster at the back of the Union address and that’s just a short distance from the Meikle Street address. Those individuals were later identified as Andrew Cataldi and Tricia Nordman, roommates of ... Hull, and Sarah Pender. The male had been shot in the chest and the female in the chest and in the head with a shotgun. Descriptions of the victims and photos of their tattoos were shown on TV newscasts. A neighbor to the four individuals, Sarah Pender, Richard Hull, Andrew Cataldi and Tricia Nordman, there at 906 Meikle, contacted law enforcement and told them that she knew who the individuals were that were – had been killed and also told them that Sarah Pender and Richard Hull also lived at that address. A search warrant was secured by Detective Kenneth Martinez and other law enforcement officers. They searched the 906 S. Meikle address and discovered, among other things, that there was a lot of blood at the scene. DNA analysis later determined that that blood belonged to – the blood that they tested belonged to Tricia Nordman, victim in this case. It was appearing as well that there’d been an attempt to clean up the blood and conceal evidence of the murders. Jana Frederick told police that Richard Hull borrowed a plug adapter around noon on October 25, 2000, to use a carpet shampoo [machine] to clean the residence there at 906 S. Meikle. The police found a Richard Hull and a Sarah Pender in Noblesville. When Richard Hull was questioned in the early morning of October 27, 2000, he initially denied any knowledge of what happened to Andrew Cataldi and Tricia Nordman. The detectives advised him of some of the evidence against him, including that he had borrowed from—Ronnie Herron’s pickup truck the evening of October 23, 2000. That bodies had been moved in that pickup truck. The DNA analysis of the pickup truck showed that in the bed of the pickup truck was blood of Andrew Cataldi, one of the victims in this case. They advised him that [they] were aware that he and Sarah Pender had gone to a South US 31 Wal-Mart. Sarah Pender was driven there by Richard Hull and a twelve-gauge shotgun had been purchased there the morning of October 24, 2000, just hours before Andrew Cataldi and Tricia Nordman were shot with a shotgun. Richard Hull was observed by the clerk who had handled the sale of the shotgun obtaining ammunition, which was brought to the counter and paid for – it was paid for by Ms. Pender. That ammunition [was] twelve gauge deer slugs.

She's so innocent and didn't know what was going on? She's a murderer and she took or helped take the lives of 2 people. It doesn't matter what type of people they were or what they did to her or her boyfriend. She deserves everything she gets.

This is the Lovely legal systems version of the story I never stated she was not present when the bodies were disposed of I stated she did not kill anyone.. and she did not!!! She was not even present at the house when Hull shot them.. And do you want to know what they did to her boyfriend Cataldi was calling to have a hit put on Hulls mother and sister over an arguement over $150.00 Ok So if Hull and pender had the money to go buy this $500 shot gun (as an insturment of death) why would he not just give cataldi the $150. The Gun was purchased for an entirely different reason.. this was a matter of circumstance that made it look like it was purchased to commit this crime. Like Ive said before everyone has an opinion so you dont have to believe mine.

Butterfly......

You sound awfully arrogant and know-it-all on this total situation! Maybe you were there for the whole thing???

I suggest you quit your Monday Morning quarterbacking or the cops will hunt you down via your domain address and have a little chat with you.

Someone seems to know a heck of a lot about this...

I agree. Butterfly does seem to know alot about the incident. Maybe she was there. If Sara is innocent then why would'nt you tell the truth?? They state she didn;t want to tell on Hull. Well if I knew I was gonna spend my life in prison for something I didn't do...I'd be talkin.

Butterfly is a former offender who has gotten her version of the story from the sociopath Pender. The fact of the matter is that Pender planned the crime (mapped it out for her and Hull), she bought the weapon and ammunition, she watched as Hull killed Cataldi, the is some discrepancy as to whether she actually shot Norman (resulting in the need for two shots) or watched Hull shoot her. She helped roll the bodies up in the carpets, and physically moved them with Hull to the dumpster where they were found. Anyone who thinks this woman is in any way innocent, is suffering from dillusional thinking. People don't go to prison on 110-year sentences for failing to testify against their boyfriends.

You are with out a doubt a moron. "Relative", do you want a free tree huggin lawyer to go with the free food stamps you collect every month. Pender should have to pay for every cent she cost the state for being such a worthless turd.

I am not a former offender and I have never even met sarah!! I have known Hull since he was 10 years old and that is where all the info I have has come from.
