That is as dumb a reply I have ever read . So do nothing but complain and the problem will move to another area OMG . You pay your taxes and that pays to have a police force , if everything was 50% true THPD had a solid case without spending a lot of money . Hope they don't move into any neighborhoods you live in or your loved ones do . DOPEHEADS 1 CITIZENS 0 Nice job Problem solved the traveling dope show has relocated !

Cops cannot just run in and bust someones door down because someone else says they have something in their house that they are not suppose to. Its he said she said bullshit! until they have proff that will stand up in court there is nothing they can do and if they are doing something like watching the house dont you think they would do it so no one will know so they wont change their daily routine and can get the evidence they need to bust them?! You must have a search warrent to enter someones house uninvited and if this drug dealing is selling drugs in his or her house they are not going to willingly invite a police officer in their house so they can go to jail. Let it play out and stay away from them!

Uhh then don't let him in dumbass. You are legally able to defend yourself from police illegally entering your home in this state.

The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs, and explosions, and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices, to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy; and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all of its own for the children, and the children yet unborn. And the pity of it is, that these things cannot be confined to the Twilight Zone.

Oh, Topix gets no shortage of dumb readers, that’s for sure. This website is, unfortunately, a magnet for police ass-kissers and other lunatics, who find themselves indignant at the thought of any criticism of police.

But does this piece of man-made legislation really change anything for people living within the arbitrary political boundaries of Indiana? Or for that matter – do people living outside those arbitrary political boundaries of Indiana have any less of a right to defend themselves?
The sooner we each look past these artificially-created mutually-exclusive roles, the more clear it is to see that no one has extra rights and thus these related conversations are moot.
Do you actually believe a stranger whom you’ve never met, whether in Indianapolis or Washington, DC has the right to dictate every aspect of your life? That a piece of paper can fundamentally change your ability to defend yourself? If so, does that not make you a slave?

You were born free. Live free.

If it ever did make it into a court the cops would just lie anyway and say that you offer them in. I believe this to be a common police tactic.

you cant prove they are doing anything wrong and neither can the police.. just because cars come and go and people wait doesnt mean anything... you need PROOF.. to see the drug and money being transferred

All you have to do is call the police say the neighbors are screaming and you saw a man hit either a woman or a child with a closed fist. They have the probable cause to enter at that point to ensure the safety of the occupants.

<quoted text>Your comment makes our loins tingle! My nipples are hard! The good part about a person who files a fraudulent police complaint with us is that we can manipulate them into saying anything that we want. And believe us if there really is no drugs then we'll *find* some ;)
you can also call child protective services on them. Ya just gotta know how to make those neighbors feel really uncomfortable. It's all confidential be friendly to their face and stick the knife in their backs. Leave a bunch of empty Coleman fuel containers on top of their trash on trash day. There are soooo many ways to get them out.

My neighbors, who reside at 1231 south 9th street Terre Haute Indiana, sell drugs! I know this because cops tell you what to look for. There are at least (on average) 15-23 cars per day, many of these cars come by everyday, the vehicle is left to run, usually with passengers, & more often than not, young children left in the car, while the driver or some other occupant runs inside for (again, on average) 30 seconds to 2 minutes. After they return to their vehicle & drive away. I have called the THPD, their tip line, & I have yet to even see an increase in police presence. It's very upsetting to me, as I give descriptions, times, even license plates numbers. I called THPD so much concerning this matter that I was threatened that i could be charged with harassment or some other such bull shit, for simply pressing the civil servants of my community to serve and actually do their job. It's frustrating as a homeowner to watch ones neighborhood become over whelmed with drugs and their dealers. I'm considering calling CPS because they have small children in their custody that more often than not, end up outside when the numerous visitors arrive. My children live with me, & I'm afraid to let them play outside! Now, THPD, please, do your job & send these drug dealing bad parents to jail & return my neighborhood to the quite nice place I bought to raise my children in.

Are you making this up? I ask because some people have said that some cops are in on drug deals. At first I didn't believe it but part of me still wonders. I know that if it your name is Kevin Orpurt and you dealt meth then your case would be thrown out. Remember, dealers provide an endless stream of users for crime and police funding. Maybe that's why the pigs don't care instead? FACE F-A-C-E THE FACE!!!
