Foot in mouth! Found this not systems engineering! Sorry was wrong but sounds fishy still! MCSE Overview
The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification shows clients and employers that you are skilled in designing, implementing, and administering infrastructures for business solutions based on Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Windows 2000 Server. Implementation responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network systems.

If you want to be certified on newer Microsoft technologies, such as Exchange Server 2010, Windows Server 2008, or SQL Server 2008, you should pursue the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification. And if you have the MCSE on Windows Server 2003 certification, you can upgrade to the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) on Windows Server 2008 certifications.

Thank you. My son worked there several years and it was the first thing he had ever done outside of blue collar-break your back- physical labor. It helped him see the possibility in himself, plus it paid bills for that time. He moved up to an hourly trainer in his time there. Then they decided he made to much overtime and they demoded him. Alorica has potential for people who have ambition and work ethic, but they are still a big, confused, top heavy, Corp. Most who bad mouth a place like Alorica have never had to really 'work' at anything. Except of course the 'Systems Engineer' guy.LOL

<quoted text> Are you implying a Systems Engineer is related to the IT field? Just asking because you claim to be one and claim to be a better Tech than those certified yet the two fields have nothing to do with one another.

When my ho's catch a kooch disease or are having a "dry spell" from all the antibiotics they're on I send them there to keep earning. Take isn't as good but at least it's something. The great thing is they'll hire anybody, no matter how much of a retarded trash barrel skank the person might be.

The only people who complain about Alorica are the ones who were fired because they couldn't work a 40 hour a week job if their life depended on it, or they suck off of friends and family and feel that honest work is for losers. Irony... eh?

As long as you don't have Walter Hughes as your boss. He is a backstabbing jackass, and the company should fire him!

Alorica is not that bad of a job actually. I worked there for almost a year. They dont treat that bad and there were not a lot of skanky stinky people there when I worked there. And as far as being the bottom of the barrell a lot of people who do work there are actually very intelligent people. Take a guy I know for example he is a sup there but yet he can tear a computer apart and put it back together again without even blinking an eye. He worked on computers for the air force for crying out loud. So before you judge anyone you need to take a long look in the mirror. Because most people who talk sh!t about others are even worse themself. There is only one person who can judge me and that is God

Oh no, I can judge you, and you are quite obviously a complete dumbass. It speaks volumes about your intelligence that you consider someone to be highly intelligent because they can disassemble and reassemble a computer. I'm guessing you've never set the bar real high for anything in your life.

One of the biggest drug trafficking facilities i have ever seen, and they were completely clueless with over 500 people and 30 managers in and out of the building. i saw more drugs walk in and out those doors and people showing them off than i would at a drunken teenage party on liberty.

Coming from one who worked at Alorica several years, I would never recommend this place to anyone. The corporate structuring needs restructured and the policies need to be enforced uniformly. There are too many "chiefs" that don't know what is going on and too much misinformation given out on the production floor. If you are looking for a job, look elsewhere, anything will be more rewarding than this place.

I worked at Alorica for a little over a year and I will say that its not that bad of a job as it seems. Easy money but the company its self does not give a damn about its employees. Its such a revolving door they go through so many people its crazy. you could be deathly ill and hospitalized and they'll still count it against you. doctor's notes don't matter, they don't make any type of acceptions for you basically if u miss, it counts against you no matter the circumstance. I would suggest not working here unless there's nothing better to do

Working there is horrible. Officially horrible. They do not follow their policies and discriminate towards race and sex.

Ive been there twice. Once immediately out of the army (needed something quick) for about 9 months, then again just for the training. The first time I was there wasn't bad. As much overtime as I could handle, pulling down $850+ paychecks for sitting on my ass. Not a bad chunk of change. Yes, the string of managers and supervisors suck, but the people I trained with and worked on the floor with were actually pretty decent people. Its definitely an acquired taste of a job. Hell, my current job (also in customer service) sucks bad enough to have me thinking of going back. That, and last time I was there, they were willing to work with my school schedule, which is a major plus.
