I am planing a trip to Jupiter in march 2015. My aunt, who is her late 80s, has always wanted to go to spring training(roger dean stadium) and I'd like to take her while she is still healthy. This will likely be the last real vacation she takes in her life so I want things to be special. Cost isn't the biggest factor but most of the time I have find most expensive isn't always the best. Hotels run anywhere from 100-700 a night; the reviews range from bad to good for everywhere online so, I'm kinda lost on where to start. I am looking for advice on:
•where to stay/not to stay(2 beds)
•good local restaurants(no chains)
•local senior friendly attractions
• a nice spa(her)
•good casino(her)
•car rental
•nice public beach(me)
•mid-price golf(me-I'm not good so nothing fancy haha)
•places to totally avoid (crime/drugs/homeless)
•anything else you think is helpful
•local hospital(just in case)
Here is my plan so far but please give constructive criticism:
-3 days at roger dean stadium.(cardinals games)
-1 day for her to spend at a spa and casino(she loves massages and slot machines) i will rent a kayak and fish at riverbend park on this day
-1 day for the inlet light house and lunch on the majestic princess cruise tour.
-1 day of whatever she wants, most likely just resting or driving to look at things. She won't want to walk much because we already have quite a bit packed into the trip.
I'm also going to squeeze in a round of golf(or two) and some beach time early in the morning or late evening for myself
So I mostly need help with a hotel, casino with slot machines, nice spa place, golf course for not very good golfers, a clean safe public beach, and 4 or 5 nice places for dinner: Steak and seafood/ maybe some local Cuban cuisine, anywhere else with good food you suggest. Also, any places we should stay away from like bad neighborhoods/streets with drugs and crime. I don't mind doing the research but I need a couple kind locals to point me in the right direction. Also, if anyone ever wants to take a trip to St. Louis, I can offer the same advice for our area. Thanks for the help.

Forgot to mention, I'd like to spend 6/7 days in the area so I don't have to push her to hard to make our itinerary. Again, thanks for the help.
