10,300 rate payers? Last time I looked there were a lot more than that in Paso Robles. What is this number based on?

Our city council is not working for the people, We have already paid for the sewer and water rate increases in past years, Make the developers pay for it, not the ones already established here and now have to move because the City council is out of control. What about a ballet to get rid of the council members here now with their established interests... We need new members with a fresh approach and not a one sided view. VOTE paso before its too late!!

Articles and Papers keep saying we would be charged a $60 flat rate. Many of us have paid that much for several years during the summer months. The Paso Robles Mayor has instigated a $60 a month SURCHARGE on our bills by 2010, which would double our bills to $120. RETIREES, hotels and industry alike would pay the same $60 per meter SURCHARGE.
