Miscarriage of justice, David Robles is innocent. He has been convicted for a crime he did not commit yet the guilty go free. Eye witness were unreliable and circumstancial evidence was enough to convict an innocent person to life in prison. Are we comfortable as Americans with the sloppy and erroneous judicial system? What if this what you?

i can really say that david robles is innocent .till this day i dont understand how an innocent man can really be found guilty .so the law just wants someone to take the blame for the senseless acts?? i really do feel 1 day my brother will walk free and everyone will see the truth of his innocense .

If he is truly "innocent" than he should speak up and tell what he knows. Even if he wasn't directly involved there is no way he doesn't know those who were. He was too close to the events of that day to not know.

Seriously?!? How is DNA circumstancial?? DNA is factual and hard evidence. So how did it get there if he is innocent? There was no error in this judgement, the only error was how long it took to catch him/them.

Sorry but DNA doesn't lie. With a eyewitness to point him out too. It's a wrap! The family finally had justice. JUSTICE SERVED! FACTS Win cases.
