Well folks, I am back after a five day cruise to the Bahamas. I admit, I have not been keeping up with the forums but it appears as though MinnieMouse has a bone to pick with the local law enforcement. All I can say is .....BRING IT ON!.... I am so f'ing tired of the haters who sit behind their keyboards and tyoe all sorts of disparaging crap about the cops who work (and sometimes live) in their communities. When I first started to post comments, I tried to keep it positve and act as sort of a conduit from the police to the citizens we help to protect. I do not know how many times I have to say this but hear it goes....
1) Nobody is perfect.
2) Everyone is biased towards their own (race, age, economic status, etc.).
3) 99& of the cops are trying to do the best they can with what they have to work with.\
4) If anyone feels they can make a good cop, please go to the academy and become one because we can always use more good bodies.

Well, while you were gone we had a cartersville officer and his wife arrested for forgery, a bartow deputy arrested and commit suicide after being arrested for stalking and a former bartow/ euharlee officer get charged with rape.

This probably isn't a good week to defend local law enforcement. If you enjoyed the Bahamas (bullshit, of course you weren't in the Bahamas) you might go back and apply for a better job there.
