Just heard that one of the officers for Bremen Academy PTO is being investigated for child abuse. Marcie Collins Sanders.?????? Anyone else hear about this?

Apparently the there is no end to amount of gulibility of people in today's society. All those making comments in support of Marcy are oblivious to the situation and what goes on inside a person's home on a day to day basis. That's why in this country we blindly support those who behind close doors are something completely different than what they want us to see. I'm sure all those posting comments here are in Marcy's home on a day to day basis and see her in the most intimate settings. Your all completely clueless and ignorant. I've know all the parties involved personally since the day that this child was born; Marcy, the father, the grandparents, etc. It is a simple fact Marcy is being investigated for child abuse and the child is in counseling for her alleged acts. We should be more responsible with our comments and have the facts before we try and disprove something that should be taken as seriously as child abuse. If it were your child being abused and you had to read comments from those who are ill-informed, unaware, and unfamiliar with all the parties involved supporting the alleged abuser then you would be sickened by it. We should support those who are affected by the acts of others and protect those who cannot protect themselves such as a child. It's known as being a morally sound society and it appears we are losing that aspect of our communities on a day to day basis.

I know her x-husband well and have for over 20 years and to say that he does the bare minimum is nothing but a LIE straight out of hell, i bet she told you that one. He's a great Dad and has been since the little boy was born, she even tried to make that a nightmare for him. You obviously don't know the stuff she has pulled out of pure evil. Let's just leave it up to the investigation to see what has been going on.

Apparently you are oblivious to the situation that you claim to know so much about. So please allow me to correct you so when you decide to air "dirty laundry" on this situation you will be correct in your facts. The child that you claim to know from birth is NOT seeing a counselor for the Mothers false alleged acts. If you were so concerned about society being morally sound then I believe you would be appalled that tax dollars are being spent to investigate such a nonsense accusation. If you were such a moral person you would be sick that DFACS was having to waste time on a false accusation and that children REALLY in need of the services are not getting the attention deserved. You seem to be the one that is clueless and ignorant to the situation. Marcy is the same in front of people as she is at home as I do in fact visit her home and see her in intimate situations with her son. Obviously all parties invloved are in support of Marcy the "alleged abuser" becuase maybe they know her just a little bit better than you do.

Expert: when a gossiper seems to have very detailed knowledge of either the organization's values or about others in the work environment, their expert power becomes enhanced.
Referent: this power can either be reduced OR enhanced to a point. When people view gossiping as a petty activity done to waste time, a gossipers referent power can decrease along with their reputation. When a recipient is thought of as being invited into a social circle by being a recipient, the gossipers refernt power can increase, but only to a high point where then the reciepient begins to resent the gossiper
