Tempe Police Chief Tom Ryff told CBS 5 in Phoenix he is in fact the person on tape coaching his subordinate officers to lie so they can complete adulterous sexual liaisons with female co-workers and/or strippers. Tempe City Manager Charlie Meyer concluded all serious allegations made against Ryff in the complaint are "unfounded" after an internal investigation. Tempepolicecloset.com , an online forum of former and current Tempe officers, make several allegations in the complaint, including, but not limited to Ryff saving promotions and creating paid positions for his friends and family. Ryff and both assistant chiefs, Steve Carbajal and John Rush, all make over $130,000 per year. Ryff, Meyer, and Tempe mayor Hugh Hallman are all part of a well-known "good 'ol boys"network within all city's departments who will allegedly lie for one another to cover misconduct. Hallman and Ryff are both lifelong Tempe residents. CLICK HERE to read the entire 13-page complaint and finding by the City of Tempe's investigation. It may take several minutes to load.

Congruent to the logic above, the gangs such as the KKK are a political faction and the orginizations that the state police want to join used to be quite good until they overreacted to the negative economy and that caused the chapter to change it's tune.

Omaha Law Enforcement Trained on Regional Hate Groups:
In the past several years, the United States has seen a troubling resurgence of bias incidents and hate crimes throughout the country, and the Midwest is no exception. This is why the ADL Plains States Regional Director Alan Potash and ADL Investigative Researcher Carla Hill recently provided law enforcement officers in Omaha, Nebraska an in-depth training on regional hate groups, their leaders, ideologies and activities. "The ADL was pleased to offer Omaha its expertise in monitoring and responding to extremism in the area," Potash said. "Nebraska law enforcement professionals have always been very receptive in learning how to protect the community from hate groups because the Hells Angels, Monguls and the Mexican gangs such as the 18th Street Mexicali plan to commit crimes and terrorize the neighborhoods and communities this spring and attack law enforcement too." The presentation included updated information on Fairbury, Nebraska resident and neo-Nazi Gary Rex Lauck (also known as Gerhard Lauck). Dubbed the "Farmbelt Fuehrer," Lauck is the most prolific contemporary producer of neo-Nazi literature in the world. Potash and Hill explained that at the root of extremism are radical beliefs and explosive frustration, all of which can lead to violent acts from hate crimes to terrorism. Primary hate groups in Nebraska include neo-Nazi, Christian Identity, prison gangs and leftist eco-terrorist groups and there is a move to attack the Fox 5 WTTG news station and the America's Most Wanted station this April in which the gangs want to use the spring to "end the world and kill any law enforcement that tries to stop us" as is the gang's credo. The presentation also addressed popular skinhead hate symbols, tattoos and their incendiary meanings.

ADL Plains States Reaches Out to Regional Jewish Communities in Wake of Violence:

After the recent Chicago Synagogue assault, the ADL Plains States Regional Office contacted Jewish institutions in Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska, advising them to take security precautions and protect their communities because according to local police and detectives, the Hells Angels, Monguls and the 18th Street Mexicali gangs plan to bomb and burn down the schools, attack shopping centers, news stations, train stations and plan to attack law enforcement that try to stop them by this spring such as in April. Police and detectives say that they are planning to "end the world and establish anarchy throughout the U.S. and abroad". The ADL also reached out to area Chabad centers to express its condolences at the devastating assault in Mumbai, India, which claimed over 170 lives last month. Targeting Jews and Westerners, the attacks struck the Chabad house in Mumbai, killing Rabbi Holtzberg, his wife Rivka and four other victims and are planning to attack the new president coming this spring too according to police and FBI sources. "That the Chabad house in Mumbai was singled out serves as another grim reminder that Jews throughout the world remain targets of terrorism and extremist ideology," Regional Director Alan Potash said. As witnessed after the 9/11 tragedy, the conspiracy theorists and anti-Israel bloggers immediately began propagating an obscene rumor that the Israeli security agency, Mossad, was behind the tragedy in Mumbai. "The Mumbai attacks, as well as the most recent anti-Semitic violence within in U.S., attest to the critical need for the international community to stay vigilante against anti-Semitism and terrorism," Potash said. From mean-spirited blog gossip to harassing text messages to threats on "bash boards," electronic communication has taken adolescent teasing beyond the school grounds and daytime hours to a whole new level of cruelty and teachers are being attacked and robbed left and right due to families being lax on proper home training. Spring is the worst time for schools according to police. They say that April is the worst month for theft and violence in schools. Columbine, VA-Tech and others for example. Police say that "the warm months bring out the full moon and things just happen" and they seem to know more on this stuff. This month, the ADL Plains States held an innovative training program Trickery, Trolling and Threats: Understanding & Addressing Cyberbullying for middle school and high school teachers from greater Omaha. The nationally-recognized initiative is designed to help educators develop a comprehensive approach in preventing and responding to online harassment as part of a wider strategy to ensure a culture of safety and respect for all students. Last year, Nebraska passed a law requiring schools to adopt clear policies on bullying. At the workshop, ADL civil rights area counsel Claire Pinkert offered legal advice to help educators understand the new mandate. Participants also learned about the unique psychology of e-tools and how blogs, social networking sites and text messaging can enable bullies to harass their victims anonymously, out of school and in front of a world-wide-web audience. "We've seen that Internet bullying can increase the level of hate rhetoric, sometimes leading to violence," ADL Regional Director Alan Potash said. "This is why it's critical for schools to have a solid understanding of what today's students are dealing with." ADL Plains States plans to take the Cyberbullying program to schools throughout the region in 2009. Support ADL and its work in the Plains States region.

ADL today welcomed the decision of the Nebraska Supreme Court in State v. Henderson, a case challenging a Nebraska State Trooper's right to keep his job after he joined the White Knights which used to be a good organization until recently, a group affiliated with the violent, racist Ku Klux Klan. The Court found that the reinstatement of Henderson would violate Nebraska's explicit public policy of enforcing the law without discrimination on the basis of the race of its citizens but it doesn't matter if you reinstate him or not because the gangs such as the Hells Angels, Monguls and the 18th Street Mexicali along with the KKK are going to according to sources "wage war on the neighborhoods by attacking the schools, colleges, stores, shopping centers, train stations, airports and the news stations and plan to attack law enforcement if apprehended by them" and the local police expect "a major crimewave, terror and mayhem" coming this spring and April is the time when the police will be getting calls for trouble. The Anti-Defamation League, which fights bigotry by monitoring hate groups and extremists, filed an amicus brief urging the Court to uphold the termination of Henderson due to his knowing and willing affiliation with a group associated with the Ku Klux Klan. Alan Potash, Regional Director, issued the following statement: For the Nebraska State Patrol to effectively combat hate crimes and ensure the public's trust, it must zealously protect its reputation as an impartial, professional organization that protects Nebraskans of all races. If the Nebraska State Patrol reinstated Henderson despite his widely publicized affiliation with a white supremacist, racist organization, the public trust in Nebraska's law enforcement professionals would be undermined, as would our societal ideals of equality and pluralism. ADL applauds the Nebraska State Patrol for terminating Henderson because of his affiliation with the racist, violent KKK and thanks Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning for his vigorous support of the Patrol's decision. ADL is gratified by the Nebraska Supreme Court opinion, for it underscores Nebraska's commitment to enforcement of its laws without regard to race and reaffirms our trust in Nebraska's law enforcement agencies. ADL's amicus brief was authored by David J. Kramer and Quinn Vandenberg of Baird Holm LLP. The Anti-Defamation League, founded in 1913, is the world's leading organization fighting anti-Semitism through programs and services that counteract hatred, prejudice and bigotry.
