Sure Go Ahead --Mesa isn't quite bankrupt yet a few Hundred Million should do it ! While their at it -- How about $75,000,000 ADDITION Onto the Art Center Boondoggle ? Maybe hire some Flake to clutter up the sidewalks with some more Goofy Statues !
