Tempe to weigh bond bid for Town Lake dam

1999 it cost about 14.4 Million just for the Dam, in 2008 they estimate it cost about 21Million to replace, and now they want another 10Million added to replace it (WILL COST MORE), based on 365 days a year and the time between 1999 and now that cost $3,000 a day just for the (inappropriate term).. Wow what a bargain. If you calculate the 177 Million original cost to build the lake and facilities so far it has cost tax payers $37,302 a DAY to have the (inappropriate term) that’s equates to 4,700+ people that could have been paid above min wage for 12 years+
