Unlawfully and without a Judges consent nor the Residents permission when WAL-MART entered the home, and started going through the residents personal laundry and belongings, Although WAL-MART searched and seized many items from the home, nothing was found to be stolen from WAL-Mart! yet they seized it anyways, this is Due to Poor Supervision the resident says. The funny thing is the more you idiots comment the more this gentleman can subpoena, it would be funny if those commenting were from spitefull deputies.. every comment has an IP address attached to it. just for your info.

First off, I'm not a spiteful deputy, in fact it wouldn't surprise me if this did happen because we all know of RSO's track record and that's why I like to live in cities where there are actual well trained city PD's that keep their police accountable. Second, we are tired of reading countless posts of the same thing over and over. The first two times were interesting reads, but the hundreds of posts of the identical post is getting old. But hey, subpoena my online comments you Harvard grad of an attorney, but the judge would love my testimony on what I really think of the judicial system.......oh and that was sarcasm, you would never be able to get a sub for internet comments for this type of crime...trust me I have a little knowledge of the legal system, not a Harvard grad, just Hastings.....

A Temecula resident prepares to file a formal complaint against deputies at the Southwest Sheriffs department when a resident was reviewing his documents he noticed that The deputies that searched the residents home had found Marijuana, However it never made it back to the SouthWest Sheriffs Station, In Fact the deputies returned days later asking by way of force, for more! Some how the Marijuana vanished! before it got back to the station or at the station, Resident found it odd when the deputies forced their way into the residents home asking for Marijuana days later. So where is it? where did it go? where is the evidence tag? How did it even arrive on the property? The DA is aware about this! Again have done nothing to date.

The resident told the department about this before but was short stopped, by officials at the department, When they sent the Sgt involved to investigate! Resident was shocked but more so terrorfied!

Temecula Sheriffs Deputies, Wal-Mart and or Border Patrol agents located Marijuana an enormous amount according to Deputy Michael Hamilton, But the Marijuana somehow vanished, in fact it never made it to the sheriff’s department or even booked into evidence, in fact the resident was not even charged for the Marijuana. In-fact when a complaint was filed for things stolen and or missing! filed by the resident. The Riverside County Sheriffs Called for an investigation that somehow landed in the hands of a Sgt Vance Stolte whom was Involved! in an interview Sgt Vance Stolte admitted to knowing about the Marijuana but quickly avoided the subject and moved on to other topics Sgt Vance Stolte Promised that he would stop by and take a look at the Rolex Watch that His staff damaged but never came, He was also to look into the Invicta Watch that was reported missing and or stolen, again Sgt Vance Stolte never came! infact when the search warrant was served they turned everything upside down everything! and seized property items that were bought and paid for with receipts to prove it, some items were also found that were either brought there or left there by others during the search warrant and can be proven-ed as you read more of the story…In the report you will find that a k9 dog accompanied by a Border patrol agent alerted to drugs in three separate locations (3) yet the temecula sheriffs department only found 0.1 grams in one (1) location and it was not marijuana! in-fact that was all the drugs ever to be booked into evidence by the Temecula Sheriffs Deputies, The DA is aware about this and has done absolutely nothing! more here: http://domdittydom.com/wp/archives/1372

A resident in Temecula, Ca. was recently served with a search warrant by the Temecula Sheriff Dept, Wal-Mart, Border Patrol and Others.

I ask For the FBI or Internal affairs to look into that as well. There have been so many terrorist threats made to the resident (all documented) about how the resident should keep his mouth shut to being rapped by homosexuals… Resident has tried every effort in resolving this issue, Resident never wanted it to go this far, but Fears that The Temecula Sheriffs Deputies are going to try
