the new guy

I maybe try to move to this area in the spring,durango,bayfield,farmin gton or so.Just wondering about the rent,schools,neighberhoods.My wife and i have 4 kids 17,16,14,and 8.The 16 year old boy has to have football so that will help looking for the school.Drove by this area last year and fell in love with it so any advice would be helpfull.Thanks
