Unfortunately, the "Third" candidate is not strong enough to say no to the other BOD members (i.e., Joe Marlette & Ken Ballien)or Blazer. He seems to be honest and believes the same as the majority, but is unwilling to make his voice heard. He is educated in finance, but has hidden behind the scenes, being spoon fed all the various information which has transpired over the last 8 months. It would be a less expensive to put the operation of the POA out for bid with established national property management companies. They work for a fee with a budget and hire the mid level managers, supervisors, and hourly employees.

Professional management works well for thousands of large property owners.
