Am under the orthopedic also.
It's important to sit on a pillow to take pressure off the sciatic nerve.
Like a tree branch running down back of both leg but "but-tocks" as Gump says needs cushioning.Will definitely help.
Maybe GFTGOLD will put in a good word for you,me and ESPER.Need all the help I can get.
