From the newsletter:

The POA borrowed from our line of credit in
September to ensure our cash levels during the fourth quarter were not only adequate to cover our expenses but also to ensure a cushion for unexpected events.

Unexpected events? Like WHAT? That's why you have a line of credit- to cover unexpected events. But you sure as heck don't use the line of credit to make sure you have 'adeguate levels' to cover expenses. What a piece of work this operation is.

WINCHESTER, Tenn.(AP) A Franklin County grand jury has indicted the former city finance director of Winchester with a variety of charges after money was stolen.

Mary Faye Morrow is charged with theft, forgery, tampering and misconduct. The 63-year-old Morrow is the third public official arrested this year in Franklin County, according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

Morrow was booked into the county jail Tuesday afternoon and is free on $10,000 bond. It wasn't clear whether she yet had an attorney.

TBI investigators said Morrow is accused of stealing more than $60,000 from city residents.

My last post sure stirred up the bees. I must have hit pretty close to their home and they still can't accept the fact that I'm a satisfied TV homeowner. Crazies posting here can't even tell the difference between the POA and HOA. And oh their claims of expertise and high mral standards! Maybe they should run for POA office instead of whining. Or maybe apply for the POA managers position.
Okay Mr. know it all. You apparently have never heard the old adage, " A fool and his money are soon parted." Just because you don't mind greasing the palms of every hand that comes at you palm up doesn't mean everyone should agree with your wimpy acceptance of the status quo. Most of us did not inherit our money. Nor did we retire from government jobs, where bribes and payoffs were accepted as business as usual, and that insure a bigger income after you retire than when you were working. Most of us have worked our Azzzes off for what we have and resent con men and hucksters ripping us off because they think we are old and senile and therefore vulnerable. I personally don't have a need to be accepted by people just because they have money. Nor do I consider all "rich" people elites regardless of how they got their money. A person has to earn my respect and our board of directors and general manager definately have not done anything to earn it. The Board, by acquesing and covering for Blazer have proved that they are no better than he is. And Bud Gilbert, that weasel faced shyster lawyer, is even lower than they are because he is supposed to be educated and know better, and he is using his knowledge and power to run rough shod over people who are weak and vulnerable..

And the bees continue to buzz. Touchy, eh? Read the Telli-gram if you want facts. I see very little in the way of verifiable facts in the mental wanderings posted on this site. Interesting how a single post can trigger a flood of responses from the tin foil hat crowd.

Neither TV is OK nor URSMART (who BOTH work for the POA and have much to lose) EVER offer factual information. NEVER. To think that these clowns are in charge over there and their best defense is some sophomoric verbiage like tin foil hat crowd? OFFER SOMETHING FACTUAL, Post a BALANCE SHEET HERE and the INCOME STATEMENT and show what you are trying to tell us. BOTH OF YOU....Why won't you contribute something to clear all of this up? Oh, let me answer. YOU CAN'T. All good things come to an end.........hehehe

I don't know of anyone that received the email the POA is talking about. I think because there is a news article coming out in the newspaper Cherry spent all weekend thinking that story up.

The POA board and management are just trying to fool the property owners again. According to the reporter the POA has been fighting as hard as possible to keep any article out of the news.

Like I said when you drive down 444 and see the water flowing over the rocks and the sign that says "Tellico Village" you are leaving the USA and entering Blazerville.

I just read the latest Connection article so carefully edited by Mr. Cherry to steer the reader away from any POA financial questions. Well done.

Well, I guess it's not good to let the public see that we are being white collar robbed.
