Rarity Bay fights management

Check out Thursday's Knoxville News Sentinel. Seems Rarity Bay has issues with it's management. The difference is that their POA is interceding on behalf of the property owners. Not so with our POA. Our POA runs Tellico Village like an old timey Plantation. They must think Management owns this place and they are the overseers who's job is to run interference and protect the "owners" from irate property owners who are forced to pay the bills and then some. Didn't Winnie tell that gal at the Wellness Center who didn't recognize him that he owned this place?

What article are you talking about? Rarity Bay or the large development in Crossville and the sewer situation - I read about that one in the Sentinel.
