Is controversy brewing over Sunday beer sales in Madisonville?

Selling beer on Sunday will have ZERO effect on the budget.
And no, I am not a religious person.

If people wish to buy beer on Sunday then why should they not be allowed to legally do so? I happen to know from personal experience that there are places ( boot-leggers ) that do sell alcohal at all times but operate illegally.
I understand that these illegal businesses do make certain under the table contributions to local government but that really has no effect on the budget because the income is never reported.
Good government always operates in the open and not under the table.

Well the "Good Goverment" of Monore county are to busy doing things under the table. You know I just don't understand what the big deal is about beer sales around here.
