I believe in this particular case both vehicles were found to be across the center line. That would mean that both drivers were culpable.

It's an unfortunate sitiation. I wish the best for both families.

I guess the guy was at fault stopping at a stop sign when Audra Matoy crashed into the rear of his car. It is obvious she didn't plan on stopping at all. Just that another car was in her the way.

Sounds as if she were most definitly at fault in the first accident. Not sure what one has to do with the other though.

I am praying for both families too. The turn of this is that Audra is my cousin. The way some of these comments sounds is like some people are wanting to blame her. You know noone sets out in the morning, evening when ever it might be and says to their self, well I feel like causeing a wreck today. I think that you need to step back and take a good hard look if the shoe was on the other foot. I am truly sorry for the man that dies in the wreck. I know that it is going to be a long and hard time for them to cope with what has happened. I know that one person died in this accident, but I am truly glad that is wasn't any others. I have neices, nephews, etc. that could have been with Audra and I imagine that the other man did too. Just thank god that there wasn't any children with the both of them. I don't mean to sound harsh, but I didn't like some of the comments that was left. So I thought that I would voice my comment too.

May god be with everyone that was involved in this accident.

Love you Audra!

Then in other words, Craig died because the stupidity of the woman driving when 5 days earlier she hit a man in the rear bumper and the Stupid,S.O.B Cops let her go without taking her license, Sounds to me that both are at fault, Because he now has a 17 year old Daughter, that will never be able to have her Dad when she will need him?I Know because she is my daughter too? I would have never wished this to have happened to Craig not in a million years. we both lived our separate lives but we had a bond and that is our beautiful Daughter < Jasmine Amber Cole, Her Dad is killed on April 3rd, Her Birthday is the 15th of April and we buried Craig on April 6th, What a Nice Birthday Present her Daddy dying because of the stupidity of other people!!!!How do you think we feel? His parents? Me his ex-GirlFriend? His Little Brother, Johnathan, Papaw Deal< Other Family Members,Friends, But especially that 17 year old girl ? Our daughter < Jasmine??????

Not sure? It is very obvious that Audra Matoy can't drive. She should have her license taken away. God only knows what other accidents and tickets Matoy has accumulated.

Misty-
I pray for her, as she is a friend of mine. Please tell her "Pamela" gives her a huge hug, and I think about her all the time. I'm so glad she's ok.

If you get behind the wheel, you have a responsibility to drive properly, if you can't or won't then get the hell out from behind the wheel.

How is she responsible when the man came across the road and smashed into her?? You have a problem and by the way they do not take your license for rear ending a car she was not drunk nor was she on drugs she had an accident. she had insurance I mean I know this is a bad situation but how can you blame her?? Judge not lest you be judged .. By the way dont you have a DUI and your husband as well???
