The seat belt law is being used as a tool by police departments across the united states for " legel " stops by police. Of course everyone knows that people who dont use there seatbelts use drugs , drink and drive and have outstanding warrents . If anyone goes to court for this so called violation they should quote to the judge what the great patriot Patrick Henry said " If this be treason , make the most of it "
