Residents, Duarte officials demand compensation over new Edison towers for Tehachapi project

SCE sent flyers and had community meetings.
Did an EIR, Had public hearings.
Where were the Hayes?
Lattice towers are less intrusive than single poles after a while you look through them not at them.
Only caveat is that the wires cannot swing over private property in a high wind.
