After the way Harris handled that horror I think sane Californians would all prefer what you refer to as a "drunk". But, as we saw last election, the number of sane Californians is dwindling fast which is very good for you and yours.

From the Poll results at the beginning of this threat it is obvious that those who have the capacity to use reason and common sense supported Cooley. The election out come proves that the majority do not. We can't help but fail when rational adults are in the minority.

Gotta love the sore losers. Cooley lost the worst in the county he worked in. That should telll you something right there. if the people who know him and his ways best can't stand him maybe people who don't know him should listen. there are reasons why he lost and it had nothing to do with craziness and everything to do with ineptness.

Cooley only lost because the Unions took the weepy illegal to allred so she could parade her before the brain dead, emotionally bankrupt, Mob. Granted, L.A. County is far more pitiful that any other County in the State... no County is in worse shape by most every available measure.

Really doesn't matter who is elected the Attorney General. As long as the Moreno Valley PD is too phucken stupid to know the criminals from the victims. and the DA is willing to plea bargin an innocent man allowing his murder to go free, of what good is an attorney general. When a dumb punk cop feels justifies arresting a school teacher 3 times for attempted murder for defending himself- from inside his prayer closet- against a convicted felon who threatened to kill him in front of two witnessess- having made previous attempts- well, with a police force this incompetent and inept, why even vote?

The beauty is the man who tried to murder me- multiple times- has been 5150'd and has two additional arrests (shooting out the tail light of a car, and meth amphetimine sales) since my release. Yes after two weeks in jail, the DA finally filed charges of attempted murder-$1,000,000 bail and 15 year sentence... After 5 minutes examining the criminal history of my attacker, the DA's office offered a plea bargin and i was released in a few months.

This is how the system works. Wrongful arrests, followed by prosecutors who seek only to maintain their conviction ratio. Proverbs 17:15 is unequivocal... God would find the way justice is practiced in Riverside a "pervertion", an "abomination", "detestable" I find it personally reprehensible and morally repugnant. You "concerned citizens" can debate all you want about the prospective attorney general- but until you obtain a police force capable of discerning that an elementary school teacher hiding in his prayer closet probably lacks the criminal intent to assault anyone- and that the felon who broke in with a 5 1/2 foot iron pole probably is, there really isn't much you can do. Hey, I looked up your record and that of Michael Jennings your attacker... sure seems obvious to me who the criminal was. Don't credentialed teachers have to pass a DOJ screening and background check too? Why does the court database only cite one arrest, yet the police records show three arrests? Don't you have a 6th amendment right to a 72 hour period in which the DA must file charges? What happened to your rights?

Well, my attacker understands well how the system works. Having threatened his wife (who defender herself with a knife) and his partner (whose son discharged a firearm) and having gotten away with raping our mother and two sisters- he knows well what he can get away with. In fact, his threat reflected this awareness. "You're phuken dead, I'm gonna kill you, I'll rip your phuken face off, You have NO rights!" I replied, "Not to life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness?" He response was quite correct., "You have no phuken rights, not in this county. You're leavin' here goin' to the hospital or the morgue."

As to 6th amendment provisions- what a joke. 5 days at Robert Presley, court, no charges filed, released for 10 seconds, rearrested and reprocessed, moved to SWDC 3 days, bussed to court, no charges filed, re released, re-arrested, reprocessed, another week, back to court and finally charges were filed. 2 more weeks and i met my Public pretender for half a minute- plead not guilty for assault with GBI. Returned and was offered sticken GBI and some simple assault charge... I plead "guilty and yet it moves" (See Galeleo at the Inquisition) no one laughed.

If they posted three consecutive arrests a litigious civil rights attorney would look them up and file a class action suit against the county. That they offer a couple months sentence for a guilty plea, vs. a 1 1/2 year wait for trial- then have the audacity to inquire if the plea bargain is "coerced" is hilarious! Of coarse it's coerced, who would wait for a year in half in jail.

The solution is simple. Give a jury 3 verdicts: Guilty, Not Guilty and Innocent. If a jury with the same access to facts as the DA finds the defendant innocent beyong a reasonable doubt... then the DA should do the time!! If they are so commited to convicting the innocent and denying their civil rights have them put some chips on the table!

If the DA's office didn't fear civil intervention, they probably wouldn't have send a lawyer into the courtroom during my sentencing to pose as my defense attorny in order to prevent my brother from testifying that he was NOT a victim and that i was innocent. That Deputy DA quit his job a couple weeks later. Apparently there are some attorneys who refuse to practice law in the whorehouse that has become the Riverside Superior Court. Feel free to investigate all the facts- I have nothing to hide.

An elegant solution. Why didn't you sue? And why didn't you contact the police or the DA after the threat?

Contrary to popular opinion, the government is supposed to work for me. How could I ethically sue my own employee? The voters have spoken and that reprehensible cur Pachecco was voted out of office. I find civil suits pathetic, what sum of money would you suggest is adequate to assert my right to life? Even after a successful suit, my murderer was still free. What I wanted was justice, not financial gain.

As to not calling the police again- I'd been down that road before. He'd threatened my life in the past. After having stolen over half a million dollars from me by commiting real estate fraud (See Jennings Ct.) and threatening me I said "I'll leave when I get my money." At that he struck me in the back of the neck in front of his partner Sandy Averil. Unconscious on the floor of my garage, he kicked me in the face repeatedly. After trying to break a beer bottle over my head, in front of his daughter, Destiny Jennings, he scoured my property with an 8 inch butcher knife- I was reading my Bible on my bed- he drove the knife through my bedroom door. After our mother died, I returned to MV to find my home infected with drug addicts- I left to a motel with a friend. High on meth and vicadin, He went to my friend's mother accusing me of being a pedophile located the hotel room and threatened to throw me off the balcony if i didn't return home. He then called the idiots of the MVPD suggesting we were part of some drug ring. After explaining the situation and submitting to tests and a thorough search the police suggested we find another hotel. That's there solution! I reported all these- and more- to the police who said go to the DA. I went to the DA who said "It sounds like you have a grudge. I primarily investigate real estate fraud." "Great," I said then (having obtained my undergraduate degree in Finance Real Estate and Law I presented an ironclad case for fraud, tax evasion, and corporate embezzelment since the capital gains was laudered through Ser-u-tuf a fictitious Nevada corp. I informed the DA he could sue under the RICO Act as he commited assault to insure his money laundering operation.

They did nothing. The following day I recieved a police escort to obtain my property before escaping to another county. The police found a pot plant and arrested his son for growing it allowing his father the freedom to continue his abuse.

The consequences of the police and DA are not limited ruining my life alone. Records will show that his two oldest children have multiple felony arrests after witnessing first hand that in Mo Valley you can do whatever you want and the police are too phuken stupid to stop you. His youngest son is now able to leave his wheel chair and may eventually regain the ability to speak after an accident while entrusted in the care of his father. Three more victims resulting from there incompetence. And me? Well, they arrested a pacifist and created a sociopath. I have come to accept that the law doesn't apply in this county and feel disposed to... cry. I have contacted 5 different Assitant DAs to offer testimony against my brother for the pending felonies he faces (on top of the 7 he's all ready been convicted of). My defense attorney Maura Rodgers returned my call insisting I no longer contact the DA.

What a joke!! The police and the DA have demonstrated the depth of their incompetence. Please feel free to e-mail this to anyone concerned with the justice system in Riverside. Steven Jennings 11/7/60

My decision will be made after this case is settle regarding the $300 million dollar lawsuit against the county, popa, sheriff baca and many more by former police officers and firefigthers.

This case is not going to be as important compare to the $300 million dollar lasuit against the sheriff department, the city, the board of supervisors, and fire chief or los angeles county.

This lawsuit was brought together by former cops and firefighters who were wrongfully laid off and dismiss from their duties.

If you are going to spend money of raising the salaries for the fire fighters, then you might as well settle the lawsuit between former police officer who lost their jobs after the sheriff department took over and disbanded their agency in late 2010.

Approximately, 170 former police officers were given a pink sleep. a few that were hired as deputies were demoted to lower paying civilian jobs in violation of their police officer bill of rights. There is currently a lawsuit againgt the sheriff dept, the Los angeles county and many others in the amount of #300 million for wrongfull termination, discrimnation due to age, ADA, medical and pobar. for a more detail explanation of this lawsuit that in turn my help the firefighters in their quest for better pay see newspaper article at: www.ocregister.com
and search for Former officers seek $300 million in suit | county, police, officers - News - The Orange County Register. with published date of march 22, 2011
