Why are so many opposed to making a part of our town look better? These vacant lots are what they are and they are not yards or gardens..Yards are maintained and manicured. Empty lots are devaluating our properties. One newly developed street in our town does not create a new "queens." These arent row houses or low income housing. These will be houses that will enhance our neighborhood. This new construction will increase the value of our houses and property, Even the houses that have posted biased opinons. By the way, most of the properties that have these signs are ones that have no visible improvments! If you are so opposed to enhance our town, perhaps you should have bought the property. Then you could do what you want. But that isn't the case. Open your eyes to a no longer depreciating area. Open them to a developing family neighnorhood...
