Does anyone know anything about this street in teaneck? It's a few blocks over from Cedar and two blocks from American Legion...near Kipp also...do you think people who live there hear the train alot? thanks :)

I know Chestnut St. in Teaneck. American Legion Drive, and then some industrial buildings are between the tracks and Chestnut Street, so even if you hear the train, it should be quite muffled.

i was born on chesnut st, i don't remember train noises. then again we moved when i was 6 months old.

The train is not frequent. The trcks are lower then the road so the noise is minimal..Nice area, close to shopping a bus service.
